How to Get There
Great location and great customer service. Delicious buffet breakfast provided. Very convenient location to all places that one would love to see in Prague. Such a beautiful & scenic city to walk around.
The hotel is in a great location, about a 25 minute walk to King Charles bridge. But, the towels are some cheap and thin that makes this hotel look very cheap. In addition the juices at the breakfast buffet are so water down that they are disgusting to drink. It looks like they washed the juice jug and serve this wash down. The whole staff is not the most friendly staff, counting the front desk to the breakfast staff. But, the location makes it very appealing bu being close to shops, bars, restaurants, metro and the city center. Beware of using the metro, ASSURE to validate your ticket or a fine of 800 CRK will be given. 2 members of our tour got fined!!!
Also, NO DOUBLE beds are available unless you get a SUITE!!!
This hotel was a step up from our last one. Nice large clean room with two beds pushed apart. Rooms were warm and a/c had been turned off for the winter, so we opened the window. Nice air but so loud! We were right over the freeway exit and we had to move rooms. They accommodated us easily. Good breakfast included each morning. Take the funicular ride to the top to the Sky Lounge for a quick look (or stay for an expensive drink). Easy walk 2 blocks to the Andel metro/tram/bus station and shopping. We walked all the way the river - about 6 blocks.
