A Week at NH Prague CIty
Reviewed 1 week ago

We stayed at the NH Prague City for seven nights, the hotel has large rooms with updated furnishings. Personally, I think the rooms could use a little more light. NH Prague is located about 2 miles from the city center with very good transportation options including a Tram and metro stop within a short walking distance.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options; however, they could use additional staff at the egg prep station, some morning we waited almost 15 minutes to be served. The gym had lots of equipment but was disorganized with weights scattered throughout the facility. Still I would recommend NH Prague City for anyone visiting the city and wanting larger rooms and a more modern Hotel than the ones in the downtown area.

This is an amazing hotel, no question. We had a mixed experience here though with the staff.

Our door to our room wouldn’t lock, the next morning I brought it to the attention of a blonde girl working the front desk. She lacked somewhat in Customer service and tried (unsuccessful) to make me feel dumb by telling me just to use the latch. It was just my daughter and I in a foreign city so my apologies for bringing a botched door lock to your attention.

I was on vacation, so I dismissed the poor customer service and went about my day.

Easy access to public transportation

We had a great stay at NH Prague. The rooms/hotel were tastefully decorated with a bicycle theme. Very comfortable beds!!! Complimentary beverages offered throughout the day. Easy access to public transportation. And the staff was very helpful in ordering taxis and offering directions. Great variety on the Breakfast buffet.

We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable, and modern. The bed was comfy, the bathroom modern and clean. At first it seemed out of the way, it was not! a 5 min walk takes you to the tram stop, with connections to everything within 10 minutes. The breakfast was really ABUNDANT! The front desk answered every question we had. I cannot think of one thing to complain about. We were very pleased with the experience.
