Great location, good service, disappointing room
Reviewed 5 hours ago

We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2019.

We were initially disappointed to get a courtyard view as opposed to the amazing views overlooking the river that everyone talks about. However, we don't count this as a negative as we understand this is bad luck and not everyone can have the nice views. The room was large and clean, and this was a big plus.

The issue we had was that the bathroom had a bad odor, and both the bathtub and the sink were very slow to drain. I remove 1 rating point for this. Maybe we should have complained and tried to get another room, but the truth is we were just too tired and didn't want to go through the hassle.

Additionally, I removed 1 rating point for not being able to adjust the room's temperature because this is not a budget hotel or hostel. I know this is "normal" in Europe, but in my opinion this is unjustified for an expensive hotel claiming 4-stars.

The staff was was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also ok. The location was also good, not in the city center but reasonably close to everything.

Awesome stay!

It had been a great experience being here. I went along with my husband last weekend. Room was pretty large and had all the amenities. There was a good view from the 4th floor as well.Location was good and very near to the river. Reception staff was quite helpful. Definitely, a very comfortable stay we had here in Prague.

Fab hotel and location, lovely staff, would highly recommend. Worked great for business during the day and then exploring this lovely city at night. Hotel was very clean and room was big and had a very comfy bed.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel, the staff is very helpful not to mention the cleanliness level is up to the standard! My room was overlooking the river and the decor was amazing! I stayed for a business trip but would definitely would come back for leisure.

Mini Break
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

First impressions were of an attractive hotel, quick check in and a porter to take our luggage up.
Room spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lots of wardrobe space and a free mini safe. Recommend booking a river view though as we had inner courtyard which just looked onto three sides of tall residential apartments so no view at all.
Bathroom again spacious, prefer a walk in shower as we had a shower over a freestanding bath, didn't feel too secure when stood in it tbh!
Breakfast room light and airy, good choice of food and efficient service.
Bar area pleasant but compact in size.
Around a 15 minute walk to Charles Bridge or number 17 tram if feeling lazy
