How to Get There
Stayed here for three nights for my husband's special birthday. It's a very elegant hotel in an upmarket neighbourhood about 30 minutes walk from the Old Town Squsre. That said, Prague is well served with trams and the nearest Tram stop was 100 yards from the hotel (no 23) and this tram took you right through to the castle, which was fantastic.
The room was spacious and elegant and had everything you needed. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room attractive and welcoming.
The one criticism I would make of the hotel was our dining experience. I booked dinner on the terrace for my husband's birthday only to find that only two tables were laid for dinner and there were only two other couples on the terrace that evening. Whilst it's not the hotel's fault that they didn't have more people booked in to dinner, the layout was hardly inviting and nothing was done to make the terrace look appealing. Only a couple of the umbrellas were up, and the outside bar was covered. I couldn't help feeling that it would have been quite simple to make it look more appealing and therefore perhaps entice more guests to stay for dinner - perhaps music playing, candles on the table etc.??
The waiter was ok but had zero personality and again didn't enhance our experience at all. The food was very good thankfully,
Our stay at the hotel was great. Most of the staff were really lovely, we appreciated the efforts put into the cleaning service especially. Breakfasts were excellent, with wide variety of choices for both sweet and savory preferences. Our room was completely quiet and cozy. Hotel is in a great location as well, with most places being in a convenient walking distance. We weren't missing anything and had a very pleasant time in Prague.
Many thanks to your staff Ms.Veronica and Mr.Michael，without their efforts our trip will be delayed. Since Aeroflot gets our luggages missing in Moscow and it is so urgent because we stay in Prague only one day. We told your reception staff what happened, they promised us they would keep contacting the airport and once our luggages arrives at the airport they would bring them to the hotel immediately. Fortunately our luggages arrive in time and our trip could follw the plan. Thank you so much again for their considerate service and professional quality.

This small hotel is like a little gem hidden in a quiet neighborhood. If you would like to experience Prague without the millions of tourists I would recommend staying here and eating in the local restaurants where we were literally the only foreigners!! The hotel is stylish and the rooms are lovely and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace simply delicious and the views are breathtaking!! Unfortunately I had counted on them having a good concierge but there was no-one that could truly help us with all the needs we had.
The hotel is simply charming. Located in a neighborhood of Prague, it is very quiet and peaceful. Facilities, extremely clean. Everything inspires art. The staff are super kind and polite. Breakfast, sensational! They receive many Asian tourists, which can stir at mealtimes. It is a hotel to remember always! Classic style, with a lot of comfort.
