How to Get There
The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our requests.
We were there during the Holiday of Chanukah and we were able to light our candles in the front lobby with the full support of the hotel staff.
Really great hotel with very nice and serviceminded staff, fantastic breakfast and comfortable beds. Very close to restaurants, the narrow, cosy streets in the middle of the old Town. Walking distance to nice areas.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the front desk was wonderful to deal with. Friendly, accommodating and helpful with reservations for restaurants/taxi's. Can't say enough about how beautiful our room was. Exceptionally clean, fantastic bed/bedding, complimentary wine and bath salts! Heaven! The breakfast that was included with our stay was over the top! Gorgeous selection of food and fantastic cappuccino. The dining area staff were also exceptionally attentive. The location is also ideal. We walked everywhere with ease. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!
Booked this hotel via their own website (it was cheaper and they offered airport transfer and a nice treat on arrival!)
The hotel communicated to us via email even before we arrived about our stay and regarding our airport transfer that we booked via the hotel (it worked out just over 800 czech krona) and on the way back to the airport we got an Uber for around just under 500 krona.
We arrived a few hours earlier than check in and our room was very nearly ready on arrival which was a very welcome surprise. Whilst we waited for our room one of the staff showed us around the hotel, where breakfast was, the honesty bar (you can help yourself to drinks and snacks and then you write your room number down and they charge it to your account on check out, tea and coffee is free), etc, which was very helpful. Also to note they have lovely themed evenings some nights during the week, where the honesty bar is, some nights there is wine and cheese, or prosecco etc, a lovely added touch! They also have croissants on offer here in the morning and cake in the afternoons. A lovely modern space to chill!
Our room was modern, very comfortable and clean. Our room had good amenities, even had bath salts, which was lovely after walking around in the cold Christmas markets all day! The hotel offer a Czech lesson, a jogging/running group on some mornings, they have a map of runs in your room, if it didn't snow during our visit this would have been nice to do!
Breakfast was outstanding, definitely one of thee best breakfasts I have come across, everything was so fresh and there was plenty of choice, smoothies, coffee porridge pots were delicious and the cooked breakfasts to order were fantastic, I had the french toast every morning it was so good! I also noted they have different milk options which was good.
Location was great for the Christmas market at the old town square and astronomical clock, it was around a 7 minute walk as per google maps. There are lovely restaurants nearby and bakeries, there is a supermarket a short walk away and a small shop a few doors down. There is a lovely cocktail bar a right next door as well.
Every single staff member in this hotel were fantastic, always very welcoming, always smiling, and always helpful, a big thank you to them all, very hard working.
I have stayed in many top 5 star hotels across the world and I can honestly say most of them dont even compare to this hotel and the service we encountered during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and I wont even be looking at other hotels for my next trip to Prague, as I will definitely be staying here again!
This is not a luxury hotel, but a lovely small place close to the christmas market. Quiet, clean, modern and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb!! And if you are quick enough, you can have a goldfish to your room. I will most definitely stay at the same Hotel when next time in Prague
