Prague is a city of incredible architecture, charming streets and world-class beer. With so many sights to see and places to discover, this is the perfect place for an urban adventure. Whether you prefer to visit the main attractions, which justifiably attract visitors from around the world, or to discover your own hidden gems, chances are you’ll be swept right off your feet. But don’t worry – you won’t be the first to fall under this magical city’s spell.
Just outside the historic center of the city sits andel’s by Vienna House Prague. With its sleek and modern exterior of straight lines, glass and metal, this hotel catches the eye before you even walk through the door. The interiors, designed by British duo Jestico and Whiles, are just as impressive – you’ll find sumptuous red chaises and chic black chairs in the reception. The hotel also offers a health club and spa, an exquisite restaurant and an elegant bar. When you’re ready, take the 10-minute metro ride into Old Town to see the sights. Or, just kick back in your stylish pad – don’t worry, we won’t tell.
Good to know

How to Get There
This is my second stay at Andel's and I'll be back I'm sure. I love how convenient it is to the yellow-line Metro. Great shopping at the mall just steps away and tons of choices for eating at your doorstep. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Great experience.
I don't usually leave reviews (my husband does on here and they are usually all positive)
firstly a few positives,
the breakfast is lovely with a big variety catering for all. The location of the hotel is ideal for everywhere in Prague including the city centre & Prague castle.
A few negatives we experienced:
At check in Maria (who was training a colleague) didn't seem very interested in checking us in. Her colleague that she was training was much more friendly.
The doors in this hotel are not child friendly. If you have a toddler I would avoid, as the door can easily be opened (even when you lock it!) I therefore could not sleep properly because I was paranoid my 2 year old would open the door at anytime and sneak out.
We had emailed and spoken to a manager before our trip and she had assured my husband there would be a cot in the room for my little one, but the room did not have one.
The second day our room was cleaned, and the bedsheets were not changed. from a 4 star hotel I really did not expect this. my son had dropped coke on my pillow cover and the same pillow cover was still on the bed.
As much as I loved the location, I will not be visiting again.
Disappointment is an understatement.
Bus from airport was so simple. Number 191 and stopped right outside hotel (45min journey) and so cheap too! Same bus takes you back again from outside the hotel.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we knew it was something special. Check in very quick. FYI you need to swipe a credit card on check in for any extras.
The hotel offers advice on tours and maps of the city.
Room was great, (superior room) clean, huge bathroom and very bright. Air con was poor but they quickly had someone open our window fully to allow for more air in the room which was perfect.
We had room service on first night and meals and drinks were reasonably priced and tasty. Breakfast each morning was again just as good and plenty of choice for everyone.
Location perfect. Trams, buses and underground all within one minute of the hotel.

So simple and easy to use. Most machines are contactless card payments. Google helped us get about but all transport comes within 4 mins of each other even if you miss one!
Overall a fantastic stay and I will one day return! Thank you Andel!!
Clean, nice staff, big room, excellent bedding and huge breakfast room with a lot of different choices.
An appreciated voucher for a free drink at check-in...
An hotel I warmly recommend for anyone spending a couple of days in Prague.
Honestly, it is one of this place you are looking forward to visiting again.
As from my previous experience, we like to stay at Vienna house hotels. We decided to come to Prague and Andel’s was number 1 decisions.
Rooms are renovated and look beautiful. All clean and as promised by the level of experince. 5* level of accommodation guaranteed.
The bar didn’t change at all, but the reataurant is newly rwnovated as well. The breakfasts are a wonderful experince not only food eating...
I appreciate the variability they are putting into variability of food offered. From me 5* stars as well.
What so ever, it is one of my favorite hotels (with the gym, service, location etc as well).
