I payed for an executive room and I got a standard room - the room 427.
The TV was small.
The lights were very low. I can't read anything.
The breakfast was very good, with a lot of fruits, meat, eggs, etc.

Excellent SPA services

Nice experience, very good SPA, very good SPA personnel and a good standard level of services in general offered by this hotel. Only a few rooms have been occupied during our stay. Very quite. Nice pool outside. I recommend this hotel for weekend or short stay in the summer.

A first rate 5 nights away in the truly beautiful location

My wife and I needed a well deserved few days R&R and we truly landed on our feet.
we booked a package via SE at relatively short notice, but found all components (including hotel transfer) to be first rate.
Hotel itself was very well equipped and well presented. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Spa facilities are great.. highly recommend going off season.. we had an excellent pool, jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves.
Food did not disappoint either. we felt the breakfast to be better overall... you have to go for the individually prepared omelette... it became a daily favourite.
if you enjoy hiking and natural beauty, the Pirin National park is a must.
The only negative were other English guests who seemed hell bent on complaining incessantly about some of the most trivial things. Guess what? Bulgaria is not the UK. Learn to embrace the cultural differences, and yes that includes food.
