Excellent property and location

Really nice room with 3 balconies. Only improvement required was to modernise the otherwise lovely bathroom with a fixed overhead showerhead (ilo only a handheld showerhead) and have brighter lights .

Fabulous Hotel

We had a nicetime in Interlaken and especially at the Mgallery Saint Georges..... The hotel is absolutely glorious ! Interlaken was a great choice for a central location to all of the sites and the hotel itself was an amazing treat.. We had a wonderful patio and enjoyed our views of the mountain. We would definately stay here again.

Not deserving of MGallery designation.

Beds much too hard. Tub shower in need of much maintenance. The shower head was small, dirty and had mold. The hose to the shower head was wore out and black with mold at the top. The shower itself had mold. The staff did not replenish the frig (minibar) except when I asked. I was told minibar was complimentary then was charge for use of it upon leaving. I never received a receipt but was told one would be emailed to me. After I left I looked at what I had agreed to pay and what showed up on my credit card. It appears I overpaid by about $100. I stay at many Accor hotels and in fact have three stays with them scheduled in other parts of France. My patience wears thin with this chain. Too often maintenance is neglected in their hotels and you can find much better deals and better quality elsewhere. Despite my many stays with them and silver status really get not benefits aside from a complimentary drink at their bar. This hotel is not deserving of the MGallery designation.

expected more!!

We spent one night at this hotel. Well, generally it's not bad as it's located just in the middle of the Interlaken (although nearly all hotels are placed there) but I must admit, if you like to have a really nice room, you are going to pay probably ca. 400 or more per night as our room costed half from that price and as for me it was bad. I had even to call to ask additionally for a soap. only the view from the balcony in the morning made it nice. There is also a restaurant Brasserie which belongs to hotel but I can't agree that it should be regarded as a typical Brasserie menu. Breakfast was ok, but for this hotel I really expected more.

Great stay at this classic hotel

This is a classic hotel located centrally in Interlaken 5 minutes walk away from the centre as well as 5 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost station. It has a regal feel with character. The rooms are classic however given the age of the hotel are a little dated and creaking with plumbing sounds present. We were allocated a superior room on the first floor of the main building and had a lovely terrace balcony with beautiful views of the Jungfrau mountains as well as the hustle and bustle of interlaken. The room is spacious with tea and a minibar fridge in the room. No irons are available however you do get access to a laundry room on the floor which is fine albeit strange. Valet parking is available at the hotel however is expensive so we decided to park at the station which is close-by. The hotel has a lounge inside and outside and a hotel restaurant which also does halal food which is a plus.

Reception are cooperative and offered us a breakfast box due to an early excursion as well as late checkout despite the hotel being very busy. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice selection of dishes and great coffee.

We would recommend this hotel given its price, location and facilities.
