Great friendly hotel
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We arrived not mowing what to expect and we were bowled over by friendly and very service orientated staff. The manager Erica made sure we had a great room and upgraded us to the honeymoon suit, the staff were amazing and our stay was exceptional, it is centrally located and well positioned for all tours and just near the train station. This is a great friendly hotel with the best breakfast and view of the surrounding mountains.
We had a photo with the manager on our departure as she saw us off and wished us well, it goes to show if you engage with staff they will often return the favour which was certainly the case here.

Wonderful hospitality from staff!

We stayed at the Royal St. George Interlaken for our honeymoon. Upon checking-in, the reception staff was extremely helpful in giving us advice walking around Interlaken, when is best to visit Jungfraujoch as well as suggestions on where to ski nearby at First. Too bad we did not get to thank her in person upon check-out. Thanks for making our stay such a memorable one for Honeymoon! We will visit again for sure =)

I am coming with my parent, arriving at evening time. Martha at reception & her colleague help us so much. Even we have to ask to move to modern design room because my mam dont like the classic design. Hotel new design room suit us more.breakfast was nice also. Again, thanks for the warm hospitality. Will come back next year.

Quite old building even we choose the modern part

The shower area is bit high and easy to slippey after shower. The room is too dark and lighting is not enough. However, the service is very good. The staff is very friendly. Our room has half floor shif from the main building. He helped us to move all luggage up. The breakfast is bit poor but I guess it is normal in Europe. Location is not that centrer of the town but it is small town and walk is nice exercising after dinner. Too bad I only stayed one night. Should stay 2 nights to enjoy.

The best hotel I ever stayed in

The room was amazing, the staff was wonderful with a really personalised welcome at the day we arrived. We felt as special guests. The food in restaurant was tasty and the lady who served us was so kind, making sure our son had everything he needed it to keep him entertained, so we could actually enjoy the meal. The breakfast was again really good with a lot of variety to choose from.
Nothing could have been better, so I can say this was the best hotel I ever stayed in. I can't recommend it more!
