Impeccable

The Oberois never fails - flawless as always. Super efficient and passionate staff makes the whole experience Eve better.

I stayed at the same hotel 20 years ago, and while the topography of the city (and even the name) has changed completely, the Oberois has the same warmth.

The Oberoi hospitality is way way above it’s closest competition. They take care of you like a Maharaja, every need is taken care. They want to go an extra mile each and every time. My trip is not over, and I am so very happy and can not wait for such an awesome experience at this property. Well worth every penny...keep it up

The more we expect, the more we get disappointed

Unfortunately we couldn't feel happy in this hotel. Some hotel staff is not trained about proper manner. Especially the restaurant staff is so rude for asian guests. they escort to bad located table even though there are many unoccupied seats. and They asked our nationality. We traveled at Kabini before come to this hotel for my birthday celebration. but this last stay is unexpected happening make me disappointed.
