Outstanding customer service

I stayed at the Oberoi for 5 nights in May for a work trip, I travel frequently for work and often forget even the name of the hotel I have stayed in as I stay in so many but this is one I certainly will not forget anytime soon. The hotel itself is beautiful, a walk around the grounds will take you to the 118 year old rain tree which is older than the hotel itself. The décor of both the rooms and the hotel generally is beautiful, my room was very clean and comfortable with the softest sheets I have ever slept on in a hotel.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the customer service, one night I arrived back to my room to see that I had been given a small toothpaste with a note to say that they noticed my toothpaste was running low, one of my colleagues received moisturizer and another a hand sewn bag for their hair straighteners. At breakfast the manager came over to chat to me, I only noticed afterwards that he asked me about the company I worked for by name and knew my name, so obviously he had done his homework!
I will not hesitate to stay here again for my next trip and equally I will be checking for an Oberoi on each holiday I book.
The only negative is the speed of service in the polo club, when it gets busy they do struggle to cope with demand, as most people are staying there for business, it would be beneficial if they were able to speed the service up a little, but really it did affect my trip in anyway, it was still outstanding!

Excellent Hospitality

This is one of the best places to stay with superb staff who are very helpful and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We were running late for the airport when they ensured their staff was waiting for us at the airport who helped us in smooth check-in. The stay was very comfortable.

Loved my stay

I had the most wonderful stay at Oberoi in Bangalore recently. Every staff member was incredibly kind and I was very well taken care of. The property is beautiful and I look forward to staying here again. John in house keeping was a highlight of my stay as was Rajesh at the gym. Thank you to everyone!

Four days at the Oberoi, Bengaluru

I first stayed here about 25 years ago. The staff are still as friendly as ever - particularly the staff and manager at the Polo Bar - and the overall level of service is excellent. The rooms are a little overcrowded with furniture, but I much appreciate that each room has a balcony. Beautiful gardens, by the way. I look forward to my next visit.
