How to Get There
Very very good stay in Brussel.
Perfect days in Pentahotel
King size bed so confortable.
Beautiful view at the 7th floor.
Bathroom very clean.
Many types of food for the breakfast.
In this hotel we also can find pentagym.
The Penta City Centre offers a friendly relaxed vibe from the moment you walk through the revolving doors.
You're instantly immersed into a colourful funky nightclub like atmosphere, with great tunes (quietly) playing in the background.
To explain the decor I would liken to being Vintage/Industrial with exposed red brickwork beautifully lit, and contrasted by exposed overhead service ducting against a black painted ceiling. (see image)
Lookout for the Candle/Wax covered red bricks steps - that make for amazing decorative feature.
The reception area, bar and spacious restaurant are littered with comfy seating areas and tables to sit and eat.
The Food is good and served quickly - during my stay I tried the Fillet Steak, Rib Eye Steak and Seafood pasta, all were very tasty and reasonably priced. On offer is a large selection of local Belgium beer.
My room overlooking the front was surprisingly quiet, considering the occasional tram rumbled past - which I could nearly hear. It was clean comfortable and spacious enough for a city centre location, the bed was very comfortable which featured a memory foam mattress.
The shower was excellent - walk in, with a very large tilting rose above my head.
I've stayed here three times now and have always enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to recommend a visit to passing tourists and business users alike.
On the ground floor you will all find a well equipped gym.
It is well located with the Louise subway station connecting you to the entire city - just a 10 minute max walk away.
I have such an amazing stay at the hotel was really great. The vibe and colorful lights and the amount of activities in the lobby were fabulous. Nice music and cocktails in the lobby bar made it more exciting.
However on my last day upon check out I was told that I have to pay for a late check out fee. He goes by Anass. I was told the day I checked in that I could get FREE late check out till 3 PM.
He proceeded to tell me that On the website there is information about the check out times. And for the reference I looked online and it also states that there is spray late checkout until 3 PM. I showed him and he still wanted to tell me no it’s not possible. He claimed I didn’t book directly with them so I can’t get the late check out. Which in fact I did book directly with this.
Just enjoy your time. But this staff member “Anaas” should learn the policy before reprimanding customers about it.
