Perfect Location in the heart of Brussels

You couldn't ask for a better location, from here you can walk the entire city. Great decor, well appointed. Loved the bathroom design; tile, windows and hardware were fantastic. We came home and wanted to do our bathroom in the same style. The street can be noisy on the weekend but the windows are well soundproofed if it bothers you.

If I had to invent my ideal hotel, it would be a lot like the Hotel des Galeries

A genuinely unique hotel, full of character and charm but also convenient, comfortable and practical. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, uncluttered and restful, with an elegant bathroom; great shower as well. With a comfortable bed, a work space, coffee maker and space to relax with one of the novels that have been thoughtfully left for guests, it was ideal for a short stay and would have been wonderful for a longer one! The window overlooked a small courtyard and it was remarkably quiet, even late at night (and despite many neighbouring bars and restaurants). The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, and the location is amazing, a very short walk from the central station, the major galleries/museums, and the main shopping area.

Quick city visit

Hotel is quirky and clean and I would recommend but we were unfortunate with our room allocation, in the eaves and facing the noisy street. Ask to be facing the courtyard and not in the eaves (room 42!) we were too hot and kept awake until after 4am by this and the noise. We ate in the hotel, and would recommend.

Boutique hotel in the middle of Les Galeries
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We stayed four nights in Brussels and loved this boutique hotel. It is very quaint with excellent service. Well appointed room, classy bathroom with a tub, comfortable bed. It is a stone’s throw to la Grand Place and an easy walk from Gare Centrale train station. Right in the centre of old Brussels, lots to see and do right here. It is easily missed when you arrive as the front of the hotel is very under spoken and looks deceptively small from the outside. It blends with all the stores and restaurants around. I will post a few photos so you can see for yourself. I had a pic of the hotel facade on my phone to make sure I didn’t miss it. They also have a café and bar where you can have a meal or a drink.

Very nice small hotel

My colleague and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed this very nice small hotel. It is perfect situated just a few minutes from the Central station and Grand Place - and inside the gallery. The interior is so nice with modern design combined with old details from the bulding. Especially I liked the wooden floors and old doors and windows. The breakfast was perfect, not very huge, but everything was delicate and fresh. There are however some things that could be better: The water from the shower was all over the bathroom after showering, there was no iron in the room and noise from the neighbor rooms.
