Bedroom Luxury Modern Suite property living room condominium home flat

Mod boutique with an intimate city spa and hip terrace bar with stellar city views

The Lowdown

Like a little black dress, this sexy 60-room Brussels boutique hotel turns heads. Spacious monochrome bedrooms are decked out in black patent-leather furniture, smoky gray praline tables and black suede headboards. The bathroom is set behind smoked glass sliding doors and stocked with Etro toiletries. Public spaces maintain that monochrome mania, broken by the silver disc curtains that separate the lobby from the bar. Color comes into play in the green breakfast room and white Be Lella restaurant, but it’s back to black in the hotel’s hotspot bar, the guests-only roof-terrace Black Lounge from which the city views are stellar.

In the Area

Whether you spend your day exploring the stunning Royal Palace, shopping in the Royal St. Hubert Galleries, or snapping selfies with the Manneken Pis, when you return to the hotel you can find relaxation in its intimate spa with a sauna, steam room and single treatment room. On-site eatery Be Lella serves up hearty French-Belgian fare like sea bass saltimbocca with spinach, candied fennel and a white wine sauce.

Great hotel, great staff

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I didn't think the breakfast was too great as it was a continental breakfast but you find the same in a lot of European hotels. But that aside, I can't complain. Will recommend.

Great hotel - not the best location

This is a lovely gem of a hotel very close to the Eurostar. The area is not the best but the hotel makes up for it. Advise you call for the hotel mini bus to collect you from station to avoid walking around the area. My room was big and lovely with great facilities and breakfast was fab. Staff are extremely friendly. It doesn’t take long to get into town and getting Uber cabs was easy.

I would recommend the hotel but if you are a lady travelling alone, may be pick a more central location.

As wonderful as ever!

I have been staying in the Be Manos hotel several times each year now for around 3 years. It is always amazingly warm and friendly, very conveniently located to the main station and Metro, and the room is very comfortable, with lots of space, both to relax, and to work! Breakfasts are truly wonderful, as is the warm accompanying service. Really hope that the hotel continues from strength to strength, and thank you.

Stayed at Hotel Manos for two nights 15th / 17th January and had a nice stay. I found the Hotel very difficult to find even although I had a printed map and used my smartphone. I also took direction from other Hotels and still got lost. The rooms are very large with a nice bathroom but the shower was over the bath, and as the bath side is quite high...you have to be careful when getting out of the slippery surface. Breakfast was o.k. and I found the hot selection luke warm. The room key is inserted into a slot on the wall but be aware the slot is on the side of the switch, and not the centre.. The wardrobe doors are opened by pushing the doors to release the magnets. The Hotel guide does not show the reception telephone no although I was told there was a picture on the telephone handset. The bathroom tap came off in my hand as the water was running so I had to go down to reception to report matter. I asked the manager to indicate to customers how the key card is fitted and the wardrobe opens. Bearing in mind the room is in darkness.

What a fabulous stay

Having read the reviews of this lovely hotel there isn't much more to add to recommend it wholeheartedly for a decent priced break in Brussels.
We had a VIP upgrade and am sure we had the best room in the hotel...the beautiful Christmas tree right outside our window.
The beds are dreamy, the bathroom fantastic and the breakfast was superb...so much choice and great quality.
Without exception every staff member had a warm, ready smile and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a lovely break.
