The best yet

The location outstanding, the staff outstanding, the premises are almost outstanding, we had the rooftop penthouse which is an incredible place to walk into, the issues were the decking is installed Bali style and not glued/nailed down, the heat makes it expand and boards stick up here and there, also loose boards when walked on can spring up, make sure to wear shoes! also needs a 3rd toilet as when we had guests over they have to walk through the bedrooms to use the toilet.
Other than these issues it was a fantastic stay

Fantastic experience

Our villa at One Eleven was stunning. The private pool was large and inviting. The design of the villa was sleek and modern. The bed and outdoor couch were super comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, and the w-fi worked well. It's cool that they have blue tooth speakers that allow you to play your music outside. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. One night we were going to meet friends in Canggu (around 30 minutes away by car). We asked the staff about how to get there. And we were so surprised when they offered to drop us off there for free! They had already been very generous with arranging free shuttles for us around Seminyak. But the ride to Canggu struck us as going above and beyond. I definitely recommend One Eleven to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in Seminyak.

Nice but there's room for improvement

The pictures don't lie. The villa was gorgeous! Location is wonderful too. Probably a 2 min walk to the main eating and shopping area in Seminyak. The service was satisfying as well. However there are some semi-minor 'complains' 1. There are only 2 bathrooms in the 3br penthouse. This is quite unusual that 2 bedrooms had to share a bathroom. Wasn't sure if this was advertised in the website or in the site we booked it from.2. There are very limited plugs in the room. There are only 1 or 2 plugs underneath the TV. I mean we have so many gadgets to charge overnight and this is quite an inconvenience.3. There were constructions happening on the ground floor starting from 8am. This was a holiday trip and we just wanted to sleep in. so unfortunately the noise woke some of us up.Other than that, everything was wonderful. The service was great. the staff was really nice.

Enjoyable & pleasant stay

Our stay at the villa was enjoyable and we had a great vacation.
Things to note: Spray on their insect repellent (its rather useful) and bring mosquito patch with you. There's a lot of mosquitoes.

Location - It's about 30mins drive from the airport and villa is located near to a lot of nice cafes and eateries.

Service - Check-in was also smooth and fast. Front desk staffs were polite and service was great. From the pick up and shuttle drivers, front desk, room service and chefs. The overall service we received from the staff were great. They were helpful and friendly and was prompt to respond to any request we had.

Room - The villa was very spacious, clean and neat. Fan, aircon were working well. The outdoor sitting area was windy and quiet. Nice place to laze. Pool was clean and we brought our own float but without the pump. The service staff were nice to inflate it for us perfectly. The toiletries they provided were pretty extensive (it even include sunblock, insect repellent and cooling gel!) The villa come with a pretty good bluetooth speaker so you can actually play your music while lazing at the pool. But of course had to keep the volume down so that it doesn't disturb the neighbouring villas (it can be pretty loud.)

Food - food was great, we enjoyed our breakfast vey much. They provided snacks which we didn't have a chance to eat as we were out. We ordered for the BBQ for one of our night and it was pretty good as well. Though the skewers were a little dry and tough but the overall was good.

Massage - we had the in-room massage and facial for 2 days and we enjoyed it very much. The massage room can be a little hot in the evening. One of the day we had it at about 4pm and the sun was shining straight my face. So its better to book it at about 5pm onwards. The masseurs were great and nice people. The price is also quite reasonable.

Other things to note - it rained on the last day of our stay and there were a lot of dirt being washed down from the rooftop into our pool. There were some wooden bits as well, guess the wooden rooftop corroded and the bits and dirt were coming off. So just check the pool before using it.
Bring lots of mosquito patch with you and spray on insect repellent. The villa do provide the insect spray and they come by to place the mosquito coil every evening. It reduces by a little but it doesn't seem to be able to keep the mosquito entirely off. There were a couple of them in our room and the bathroom, so just keep the room door closed as much as possible.

Overall we had a great stay, we enjoyed it and would probably come back again.
