The Lowdown

This peaceful estate, is an oasis away from the excitement of bustling Seminyak. Hidden away from the main street, the one and two-bedroom villas are scattered amongst the lush greenery of the estate’s private gardens. It is an intimate retreat perfect for romance or as a relaxing getaway with the girls. Here you’re not too far from some of Seminyak’s best cafes, shops and attractions such as Seminyak Square, Ku De Ta and more, but you’re given a peaceful night’s rest thanks to the estate’s spacious grounds.
Rather than generic villas, there are only six exclusive, uniquely themed residences. Each comes with their own private pool and has been thoughtfully dressed with luxurious fixtures and plush furnishings that follow a theme. The chinoise-chic Oaini is a one-bedroom abode with chinoise touches such as Chinese calligraphy motifs, old, opium tables, satin cushions and other similar touches. There are also villas with a French theme, Japanese theme and more.
Awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, the resort is known for its relaxing ambiance, lovely villas and excellent staff service.

Comfortable and Pleasant

Great location for families with teenagers and wanting a relaxing time! In room food and food service could be improved as the quality was sometimes average and not timely, however there are so many wonderful places to eat which are nearby.

The rooms were spacious, clean and good. The location of the hotel was also good with good indian and american restaurants near by. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast served at room were also good.

These villas are excellent value for money. Each one is different. Ours was Japanese, and beautiful. We had our own pool. They came every evening with a little offering of hors d'oeuvres for us. The staff were fabulous and there was a van available (we didn't use it) if we needed it. Super clean. Highly recommend.

Mixed review

For the cost this complex is now rated poor. I struggled to do this as it’s my 4th time staying here. This time round I am only reviewing Amore villa - according to staff the most popular.

Let’s start on positives. Staff excellent. Breakfast is typical Vila breakfast but the staff definitely want to accommodate . Location of complex is amazing so close to everything. Butlers to bring ice , snacks very good. Free transport to local restaurants also very good.

Negatives : I need to preface by saying the staff went above and beyond to solve our problems including comp late checkout and massages which were both appreciated.

Aircon was useless in lounge room barely worked - we requested to be fixed numerous times.
Aircon in upstairs bedroom was also broken - this was replaced twice in 48hours meaning the first night we all shared one bedroom!
Cleanliness ... wow! What happened Here guys... the state of Amore was foul! Go look under your beds!! They were beyond putrid. Downstairs toilet was not cleaned our entire stay ( 6 nights) . Towels and water for teeth not refreshed daily. Pool was green - we had to ask twice the maintainanxe for this to be fixed - it was rectified immediately.

Asia and humidity means a mass deterioration very quickly ... I understand that , but bathroom doors with holes in it... mould growing on roof of bathroom... water pouring in lounge when raining ... no tea towels to dry dishes , no locking of doors when we returned our villa was always open.

As mentioned very sad and disappointed as I was bringing new friends and as my 4th stay expected far more for cost - in fact the cost versus the state of Vila is my complaint .

I will not be posting my photos this time round... however please be aware I have taken many photos to share with potential customers. I also would say think about a much need refurb tonthe complex and I’d come back for a retrial ! I have stayed at your hotel and had a lovely drink in your roof top bar in Petitenget so why is this not the same standard.

Please improve and I’d love to get a responsive reply as I feel I’m not be bending the truth at all.
