How to Get There
Perfect hotel to stay in if you want something a bit more upmarket in Ibiza. We were staying in a basic room but it was far from your usual basic room. Balcony overlooking the pool, decent size bedroom and bathroom, the funkiest mini bar we’ve ever seen in a hotel! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool side was perfect, playing chilled music but also live saxophonist and other musicians played. Being a resident also gave you free entry into events at Ushuaia next door and Hi (previously space) across the road.
Booked a room here for my sisters hen do in June 2018, we paid something in the region of like €600 for the night which was for 2 people to sleep. When we arrived the whole procedure was welcoming and lovely. When we got to our room the room was tiny and I mean tiny, very clean but we had to organise a room for 8 girls who were joining for drinks for the ANTS party for my sisters hen do. The area around was ok but we found a lot of the outsiders were easily able to come in and try and get into our room which was bad as there should be a special secure way of the hotel guests to let people in not just any randoms in and out of a gate area. Anyway when the party ended that’s when it got bad. 4 of us girls wanted to relax in the room not sleep before heading out for our next adventure that’s when the banging on the door started by the scary doormen who told us we had to leave our room immediately, we weren’t allowed to get change relax or anything. Disgusting behaviour and so unprofessional, for the amount of money we paid for this hotel room as well we didn’t expect to be spoken and treated that way they were threatening and how dare they for the amount we paid. I would not recommend staying here, for that money you can have a good old few days away some where “peaceful and get respected”! The whole day at ANTS itself was good but the whole stay with Ushuaia was disgusting !!!!
I’ve got to say, the location and facility looks amazing, however the staff did not meet our expectations. We have paid 100€ to see 2 of our favorite musicians. At the gate, after waiting for an hour we were refused entry because of one of us not looking the same as on the ID photo. We were both over 18 and the IDs were valid. Unacceptable, furthermore the booking site, Ibiza spotlight would not give us our money back!
Had an amazing stay at ushuaia. The staff were so friendly. The hotels breakfast buffet is by far the most over the top and it's awesome. Had amazing rooms and the music by the artists are amazing and the crowd is mad!. It's a dream hotel. I had a splendid stay
Me and my friends went to stay there in September hotel is huge and amazing there’s everything there what you could possibly need or want but be ready to splash a lot of money that area is obviously expensive altogether. Don’t get carried away with your morning coffee in a room because they even count every coffee capsule you use every morning. Fair to say staying there was just as expensive as Dubai. Great spot and has a great venue for concerts if your staying there enjoy it don’t look at your bank account it’s not a budget friendly stay or you won’t enjoy it.
