Find a mix of whitewashed Ibizan style and understated modern design at Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa, a mid-sized hideaway on the island’s southern coast. This address puts you right in the heart of the rowdiness this sun-kissed Balearic Island is famous for. It’s near some of Ibiza’s world-renowned superclubs, namely Space and Ushuaia, making it the perfect post-party retreat.
Only steps from Playa d’en Bossa beach, this award-winning complex offers two pools (one with music and a cocktail bar, the other tranquil and quiet), an avant-garde inspired restaurant, a lounge bar and a luxe spa, equipped with an impressive wet zone. The accommodations are appointed in striking monochrome, offset by siren-red details and angular furnishings. With light-flooded living areas and private balconies, they offer plenty of space for enjoying a sunset cocktail come dusk.
The spacious, suite-style Golden rooms feature an airy, minimalist living area, a modern bathroom, a kitchenette for casual dining and one bedroom, with one single or two double beds. There’s also a sun-deck terrace upstairs where you can soak up some Balearic rays.
UNIC Restaurant serves a creative Mediterranean menu, and Lounge-Bar, decorated in deep reds and situated near a pool, is a sultry spot for cocktails. Es Migjorn Hall looks out onto a terrace and is the main restaurant where the buffet breakfast is served.
It’s all about balance on this island. Rejuvenate at serene Spa Essence, which is equipped with a hydrotherapy pool, a hot/cold tub, a Jacuzzi and therapeutic showers. Besides the wet zone, there are a Swedish sauna and two treatment rooms, where you can try a spot of Ayurvedic or Thai pinda massage, among other options.
Ibiza is not only an unrivaled party destination, it’s also blessed with some of the most impressive beaches in the Med. Hire a car to explore the White Isle’s many different sides, from little whitewashed villages to yoga-detox retreats and secluded coves. Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa is located in Playa d’en Bossa – home to a lengthy beach, several beach clubs and the cream of the clubbing scene. With superclubs Space and Ushuaia nearby, you’ll be well-placed to experience some of the highest-profile DJ line-ups on the island.
How to Get There
I recently stayed here with a group of four girls in the residence suite, on arrival the staff were very helpful and took our bags to the room. The apartment was clean and spacious and very nice. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of fruit, cheese, meats, omelette station and hot food! The pool areas are spotless and are constantly being cleaned. We spent our time at the adult pool which had great music and friendly waiters who made fantastic cocktails. The apartments are very convenient to all bars and clubs and he beach.
Ok, I've only stayed at the Santos Ibiza Suites, but even our experience there was amazing. But the only thing we didn't like about Santos was the size of the rooms. We shared a studio, with 1 double bed, separating the living room with a metal mesh gate, where the sofa beds were. So you didn't have any privacy at all.
Here, we shared an apartment, which had a separate bedroom, with living space and dining area, with your own private back yard. Loved it!
Even the breakfast was fab, and I usually don't really great breakfast in Spanish destinations, or it could just be the places I have been staying at.
All the staff are great, and Elena is one hottie haha. But yeah, we definitely will be back!
Great weekend break at Migjorn Ibiza suites. Very clean rooms which were serviced daily. Great shower and even a kitchen area, however we failed to use this as we preferred to dine out. Very nice pool which had great bar service. Music played gave a great atmosphere and I would recommend this hotel to groups and families. Breakfast was great with a wide and varied options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great as near the beach ,bars ,restaurants and clubs. Be aware due to the proximity of the airport you will see plenty of planes as its in the flight path! Overall great and fun hotel which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends
We stayed at Migjorn Ibiza last week and had a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Our first suite wasn’t ideal so we enquired at reception if we could possibly move. Elena at reception was really pleasant about the situation and took us immediately to look at a different room (234) which was perfect. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - lots of choice and nice outside seating areas. There are two pools, a quiet one and a party one. Both really nice, we only sat at the party pool, enjoying the music and occasionally ordering drinks from the bar staff. Great hotel and we plan to stay here again.
Had a great 7 night stay at the Migjorn. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in ibiza (I’ve stayed in numerous places in ibiza over the years - didn’t feel up to the free cava in the morning but there if you want it !). The staff at breakfast and around the pool couldn’t do enough for you (Great smile Angela !!!). Also the music is perfect for the pool during the day...I can’t remember the dj/waiters name but always good music choices ! Rooms are very nice and good value if you book early. Less than a couple of mins walk to bora beach and a couple of decent/reasonable restaurants within walking distance....Sate House heading away from the strip is worth a visit as is Passion Cafe on the strip if you want a healthy option. Will definitely be back. Thanks again all x (ps realised I may not have tipped in the end, sorry ! will sort next time)
