How to Get There
Good hotel for an easy, relaxing holiday. It is slightly off the beaten track hence not best located for visits to St Eulalia centre - you will need a cab as it is too far to walk. However, this means it is very quiet and peaceful.
Staff were brilliant: all the housekeepers, waiters, chefs, bar staff etc seemed genuinely nice and helpful.
Our room and all the communal areas seemed spotless. Superior Double is definitely worth the extra money for private terrace and a whirlpool bath.
Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice including all the savoury and sweet options one can imagine. Evening meals were OK, but nothing special. Again, plenty choice with great salad counter and a number of sweet options. In hindsight, it would have been better to book bed & breakfast rather than half board but we never left hungry.
I can also highly recommend the hotel SPA: full body massage and chocolate wrap were brilliant.
Overall, it's a good hotel for a lazy holiday.
Stunning hotel in an excellent location with beautiful views, I picked the hotel based on its location and was not disappointed!
Star Prestige rooms highly recommended great rooftop pool and view, in addition to bar/snacks during the day which was excellent and worth the upgrade if you plan to spend your days relaxing by the pool!
Our room itself was a reasonable size and spotlessly clean, the bathroom/shower were excellent my only disappointment was that the beds were two single beds together rather than one large/double bed which meant they would come apart from each other, not ideal for couples!
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent the staff in the restaurant were great and the food was delicious with a great choice of different foods. If you stay half board as we did you can swap breakfast for lunch for small charge which covers your drinks. also choose one evening to dine in the beach club restaurant (a la carte) free of charge, speak to reception and well worth doing stunning sunset views!
We did not hire a car, taxi from airport to hotel approx €35, you can walk from hotel to Santa Eulalia harbour (approx 4-5km) for nearby bars/restaurants etc or approx €8 in a taxi.
Highly recommended, a peaceful paradise in Ibiza!
The star prestige area is well worth the extra money just for the views on the roof top pool. The mini bar to help yourselves to drinks and snacks in the pool area is a great idea. The staff go above and beyond to make this a holiday to remember. The entertainment at night was brilliant and to see all the staff enjoying a dance whilst still doing there job was brilliant. The only reason i have not given it a rating of 5 is because the breakfast let this hotel down. The orange juice was not even drinkable, the hot food i,e scrambled eggs was stone cold, this was a shame really because we stopped alinclusive and dinner and evening meal was amazing but the worst breakfast by far i have ever experienced in all the hotels i have stopped in.We would defiantly re visit this hotel in the future, for longer next time.
Stayed here for 5 days needing rest and recuperation. Staff are amazing and will bend over backwards to help you with anything. Food really varied and lots of healthy options, incredibly clean and great facilities inside and out. Highly recommend if you want to stay close to hotel but also good spot to explore from if you have a car. Tips include Amante restaurant nearby and also Atzaro spa. Try and book rooms facing pool / sea though as rooms the other side are quite dark inside and face out onto the car park.
great hotel service very good all week from check in to check out in the restaurant and bars.
food was very good and a great choice for breakfast and dinner all diets seemed to be catered for
evening entertainment overall was good in the chill out bar or in the downstairs bar depending on the weather
drinks prices overall good for a 4 star hotel
we were asked to u[grade to the prestige package on arrival but felt was expensive and not worth he money at the time and were very happy with the half board package we had booked.
we did not use the sea soul beach club but it looked very nice .
we were in room 239 which looked small on arrival but it was more than big enough he wardrobe in the bathroom was a bit strange but it worked would have liked a kettle in the room for a morning coffee we overlooked the entrance but there was no noise issues.
the location of the hotel is sold as santa eulalia but it is about 2.5 miles from the town it is closer to ecanar about 15 mins walk away from the hippy market
there is not much life around the hotel only a couple of bars but if you want it really quiet and out of the way it is great .
