How to Get There
Excellent location with beautiful views, terrific restaurant and bar, and top notch service. We got married here on April 27 and cannot give enough praise and respect for the special events coordinator Paulina! She worked with us for weeks leading up to the wedding, and when the big day arrived she worked with us the entire day and night to make sure everything was fabulous. Very talented coordinator and staff who can take care of any special event, and the location is a fabulous setting right on the ocean with plenty of room for dancing, outdoor bar, dining, lounging and they set up a beautiful wedding ceremony! They can’t be beat.
The hotel is a wonderful place to stay, rooms are clean, staff is professional and super attentive to guest needs, and will make sure your stay is exceptional.
Looking forward to our next stay at Las Rosas!
One of my favorite hotels anywhere. My wife and I love to stay at Las Rosas. Beautiful building. Wonderful rooms, each with a balcony and full views of the Pacific. Staff is professional and courteous. Good amenities. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Very quiet and comfortable place. Peaceful and quiet at night - a very refreshing change from the loud and crowded hotels in downtown Ensenada. Rates during off season are very attractive. I highly recommend Las Rosas.
Great service! Front desk staff is amazing! Set me up for roses and balloons last minute phone call. Easy drive to ensenada and wine country! Tip the staff and they will take care of you! Nice pool and view
We used to come here twice a year when our children were young and we have a lot of fond memories. The views are simply amazing.
We used the spa and though small and limited, the treatments was great.
The restaurant was a hit and miss, i had the most amazing caesar salad prepared table-side, but the rest of the menus and quality of preparation (including breakfast) need to improve.
Another thing we noticed is that the service has somewhat declined. Most staff (particularly restaurant) were very helpful and kind, but sometimes efficiency prioritized kindness. An easy fix with some training.
We were not thrilled at check-in, we felt more like a nuisance than anything else.
There are more tips for ownership so they know what they need to fix, overall, it is an amazing place and the best view money can buy. Highly recommend it
Stayed here for 1 night in December whilst travelling through the Baja. The hotel is right on the highway north of Ensenada and has a fabulous setting right on the coast with the waves crashing in. Good parking for cars and the grounds and pool are well kept. That,s about it for good stuff!
The rooms are old and very dated. The only thing they have going for them are the fabulous view. Bathroom was very small with a trash can actually wedged in beside the toilet because it was so small. The sink drain stank of sewer smell, but the plug did not work, I had to reach down underneath the sink to pull the lever for the plug. Only one bedside light worked! The towels were old, worn out and grey! They badly needed replacing. The place is just not being kept up. At night you can hear trucks going by all night long! All this for $150 US dollars a night! You quickly realize it's a big rip off! We stayed in much better places along the coast for $50. I would not go back here. Not recommended by Oldbackpack.
