Amazing personal service!
Reviewed 14 hours ago

I recently traveled to Heidelberg, Germany to attend a company board meeting. We were set up in the Heidelberg Suites. The place is located on the river that runs thru Heidelberg. It’s a ten to twelve minute walk to the historic part of the city. The Heidelberg suites is a charming old home that has been converted into a hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. It was the service, however, that sets this place apart. On my second day there I fell ill. The front desk manager went into action. Her name was Ingrid. She helped my wife locate a pharmacy to bring me some medication. She then helped us order chicken soup from an outside restaurant. She stayed focused on our needs until she was certain she had done all that she could do for us. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants in Rome, Italy which was our next destination. We could not have been more satisfied with the amazing customer service. We recommend the Heidelberg Suites without hesitation.

Perfect accommodation in perfect place.

This is a unique place for the hotel with a great view on old town. Rooms are nicely decorated, all necessary facilities are there. Staf is very nice. Manager Maria was very friendly and helpful. Place is very close to everywhere. Parking is a minus, 25 euro per night is a bit too much for the hotel. Breakfast is good for that price. Like this place a lot!

Quality botique upscale hotel near bridge - about 10 minute walk to old town

Very spacious rooms, helpful staff, nice rooms. It is about a 10 minute walk (one block to bridge, then over bridge to get to old town section). Overall a nice place to visit Heidelberg. Breakfast is available but a little overpriced.

Beautiful boutique hotel

A really lovely boutique hotel with beautiful decor, a good location and very friendly service. As it was so quiet at the time of our stay we were very generously offered a choice of rooms. We selected the more ‘open plan’ option with three large window/doors opening onto a narrow terrace facing the river. Gorgeous. I knew it would be the noisier location with a rather busy street directly below but the castle view and natural light were really appreciated.
A slight draw back was the (spacious and pretty) bathroom, a kind of loft design meant the walls didn’t reach the ceiling so hardly private and the ‘half’ shower screen resulted in water all over the floor. In fact water damage on the bathroom door has caused it to rot so it’s beyond time to fix this.
The private lounge was delightful, breakfast too expensive to try (at 25€ pp) and we didn’t check out the gardens which I’m sure would have been delightful in summer.
I’d recommend.

Won’t be my last
