How to Get There
beautiful hotel, with amazing room with private pool and the direct view to the ocean. Most importantly the staffs and the restaurants match in quality.
Breakfast was great as well, only thing they can upgrade is maybe the quality of the cold cuts and cheese. It was good but you expect a little better quality for that hotel.
A great place to relax over a long weekend, the beach is absolutely fantastic, the breakfast incredible. The prices however for food and drinks are very high, it brings down the overall experience. The personnel is the best I have met in any resort. The villas need a touch up.
We recently spent 5 nights at Six Senses, Con Dao. If I’m inspired to commit a review to TA for any property I like to do it while the memory is still fresh.
With this resort I could leave it for years and I’m sure the memories will be as sharp as they are today. That is mainly down to the fantastic team who look after the guests and the property on Con Dao.
If you’re familiar with the Six Senses brand this resort is a great example of their approach. Unique location, beautiful outlook from the villas, privacy in your space in the resort including your own pool, great Spa, fantastic food with plenty of options for dining, incredible breakfast the list goes on.
The resorts’ location on the island ensures enough isolation to feel like you’re on a deserted island but is really only minutes by shuttle or taxi from town. You can do your own thing to get around and see the sites or rely on the resort and your indispensable GEM to arrange things for you.
But getting to the reason this is such a wonderful place to visit. The staff at the resort are incredible. Welcoming and friendly regardless of their role. We were made to feel like family and this is what really left the lasting impression on us. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Con Dao.
There are many people looking after you at the resort and we would like to thank them all. However, some special memories are reserved for the following. Vee our guest experience manager. Vee is indeed a gem. Professional, always able to advise or suggest something that will enhance your experience. She also has a good sense of humour and is a lovely person.
In the dining room, everyone was great however, Trang and Dam have a special place in our hearts. It was hard to say goodbye to them. Jasmine was also a warm and attentive host during our meals.
To Yong, keep up your enthusiasm and your wonderful character. We loved chatting to you. An is also a very nice person and very helpful. And hello to Christine who was always interested in how our stay was going.
And last but not least, our buddy, Keina. What a great day we had on the island cultural trip. You are a special person Keina. Keep doing what you’re doing mate!
This is the longest review I’ve written on TA but this resort stands out as something special for all the usual reasons regarding property and location. It’s people add a very special element to the equation.
