How to Get There
Couldn’t fault this place, aside from the fact that my email requests in advance were not actioned, but by the time I arrived all was sorted and they dealt with everything very well. Fantastic place, rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable, staff couldn’t do enough for me! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return!
The most amazing breakfast buffet too...!
Spacious, quiet and very clean room with fast and reliable Wifi. Great service and very polite and curtious staff. The quality of room dining was good, although the $18 service fee is a little too much!
Have stayed at this hotel quite a bit over the years and it is still a great choice. The new refurb has brightened the rooms and the new shower heads are a great improvement. However was a bit off putting walking to our room passing left over breakfasts and last night’s dinners still sitting on trays along the hallway at 3.30pm (the congealed food could have been covered with lids??) Also after attending an event in the Great Hall that didn’t finish until after midnight, did not appreciate being woken by banging steel and saws at 7am on Saturday from outside our window where a new build is going up. It would have been nice to mention this when we made the reservation and with the hotel at 100% capacity there will probably be disturbance for those on the lower levels at the back, and these rooms should be remunerated accordingly.
