How to Get There
I spent three days at this lovely hotel in Pranburi. It was my first at this hotel. I went there in November of last year with my girlfriend. This villa is very private and we love the private pool. We spent time at Luna Lanai. There is a bar over there. We ordered thai food that is not in the menu, the chef was able to accommodate the request. We ordered Green curry with spaghetti. It was delish! Service was excellent. There are three gentlemen who worked there including FB manager. Don't remember their name now, I lost their business card.
I would go back again and highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
This hotel is SO good. As you can see from my reviews we have stayed in some verg nice hotels in amazing destinations all over the world. We were meant to go to Koh Samui Ritz Carlton which i am sure is a beautiful hotel but the storm was arriving right when we were meant to get there so mother nature decided for us and we made the choice to go somewhere else. It ended up being Hua Hin. We looked at some pictures and chose Sheraton Villas this is a choice i will never regret. Loved the 1 bed villa with private pool. I suggest taking this or the bigger version if you really want to splash out. I dont recommend the duplex. The villa has an amazing pool and sala (covered sitting area). Also trust me you will rarely want to eat out so buy the food voucher you’ll vet a great deal. Like 35% off. Loved the activities especially kick boxing the teacher was super. All the staff were amazing from the ladies at check in to the manager when we had a bit of a noise problem it was solved instantly and i couldn’t ask for anything better. The best advertising for this place is that We are definitely going back and staying longer.
We stayed in Pranburi villas for a couple of nights as an quick escape from the city.
The hotel is right next to the sea, the sea front is perfect for long walks with the family.
The real plus was the staff of the hotel and the quality of food at the restaurant, the local food was truly delicious.
We also really enjoyed bike rides around the resort in the nice quiet pranburi city.
Will definitely return a soon as the opportunity arises..👍
We had a fantastic time at this all-villa resort. This is my second time visiting and we stayed for 4 nights this time. Even though the location is indeed quite far away from Hua Hin city centre (around 30 mins drive), we never ran out of things to do at the resort or in the neighbourhood.
We stayed at a one-bedroom villa, with an amazing private pool, our own little cabana, a large yard with lily ponds, and a very nice bedroom. I would suggest this room type for couples -- for family, perhaps the duplex is better with more indoor space and bedding options. The villa was just fantastic.
All associates were extremely helpful and friendly. I would like to particularly single out Ms. Orawan (Nati), she was truly a star. She taught the morning crafts workshop where we made grasshoppers out of coconut leaves (also great activity for kids), took us to the nearby Khao Kalok beach and temple, and acted as Santa Claus during the Christmas Eve dinner party! She also recommended restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. We can feel she really does serve from the heart and we can't be more grateful for that.
Thank you again for the wonderful stay and I am sure I will return to this beautiful resort for the third time.
Before coming here, I have read reviews regarding the treatment as a platinum member at this property. It seems this property has cut down whatever they could to water down the benefit. Or maybe I was just being an unlucky Platinum Premier lifetime member and with the passport, I am travelling on.
The only perk I received at the check-in, it was an upgrade to a bigger villa (it is an all-villa resort), and the front desk did not mention anything else, nor any explanation on the benefits.
I did use the mobile check-in which defaults the welcome gift to 1000 points, which normally the hotel staff would ask you if you want anything else. At Pranburi Sheraton, I only realized I have not confirmed the welcome gift, is when the front desk receptionist was so rushed to try to sell us the money-like voucher and told us our rooms had no breakfast. BAD TASTE IN THE MOUTH.
The upgraded villa is good in size, especially the pool, but the design is terrible. It has two separate rooms for living and bedroom, which requires a room key for each room. it is really an inconvenience. I would suggest just book the basic duplex villa.
The cleanness is another blow to me. My expectation is not just the indoor but also the outdoor. I did not expect it to be super clean, but at least the housekeeping could try to keep the leaves or random stuff off the marble hallways.
As a platinum member, you get a room upgrade, late check out(subject to availability), a welcome gift. That's all you got. It also seems they had issues identify platinum and platinum premier members.
We had a late lunch at the restaurant, since it was still open at 14:00. However, we had to wait like 30 minutes to get our food, when we were the only customer there. If the chefs are taking a break, then please close the restaurant.
I can see bugs flying in the room two out of three villas we booked.
The hotel staff has poor English too, especially when doing in-app chatting.
