How to Get There
The room looks old, not good as the pictures or any reviews. The reviews are overated. Room price is very expansive, not worth for the money I paid. It’s not a five star hotel. I will not be here again.
I need to start by saying that this is not my type of holiday destination, but because I was travelling with family and a baby, we tried to look for a place with all the amenities and close to the airport. I always prefer to go somewhere more isolated, and a boutique hotel kind of place, but this was an exception.
We had a small issue with the hotel, that I honestly was not expecting. After asking them to have a crib ready, in our room, for our baby (we were going to arrive very late at the hotel). Once we arrived, the crib was not there. A member of the staff went to get one after we spend some time at the reception trying to get it. Problem solved, but I was not very happy with it.
The hotel is huge, with very well kept gardens and pools. The breakfast was good, with a huge variety of dishes, asian, wester, etc. even thought there were a lot of people there, and you know how buffet works, right? Sometimes was a bit chaotic.
There are a lot of kids activities, and it is a family friendly property.
The room was big and comfortable, very clean, with a basic decoration. Bathroom was also big and clean. Our balcony was facing the huge pool in the center area of the property.
The beach in front of the hotel is not very big, and the water not very clean. But I think people stay in this hotel for the swimming pools. There was a restaurant next to the beach, with lights meals, were you can have lunch and also dinner.
The staff was nice, but I found that they were more willing to speak russian than english. I understand that most of the guests are probably russians, but still, I was expecting a bit more staff speaking english. We are talking about a 5 star hotel, right?
Location wise, the hotel is still a bif far from Pattaya, but then again, why do you want to go to Pattaya? My honest opinion is: Don't go to Pattaya. That's it! There is nothing to do around the hotel, even thought you can find a 7/11 at the main entrance.
Overall the stay was pleasant but I'm not sure if the Hotel is worthy of 5 stars. The price of our stay, plus food was ok. Staff was nice, but average. Location not great, but it's ok for the style of holiday. If you like to stay in a property without going anywhere, this might be your kind of place. Not mine, though...
I can’t remember, how many time I been here. Good food, good place , good service perfect for family. My daughter love all swimming pool. She can spend all time here.
One more thing I have to mention is dinner BBQ, very delicious.
Amoung several hotels in Pattaya, this is the best choice I always made. Nice room, quite and friendly staffs. Not far from Pattaya and also have private beach. Big and clear water swimminng pool suits for big family vacation as well.
This is the second time to visit here.
We come here for meeting with friends. All hotel staffs were nice. The welcome drink is good. The front beach was so clean, we could go and swim. We would be back again in the future.
