Millennium Resort Patong Phuket
How to Get There
Excellent location.Connected with Jungceylon Shopping Mall make the hotel is accessible from all attraction. Walking distance to Patong Beach, Banzaan Market, Bangla Road, Muay Thai Stadium & many more make this hotel an excellent location to stay..Enjoy our 5 night here..Highly recommended
Excellent location, and as others have mentioned below, it is close to most of the tourist hotspots.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Reason for not giving 5 stars...
- needs a touch of paint in some areas, pailings and entrance pillars.
- daily bufet breakfast was a bit crazy when busy, some staff seemed to be doing multiple tasks while others were standing around. Also almost every morning we ordered coffee, it was given to the wrong table (maybe number tables so staff can easily identify tables?).
- noticable language barrier. Front desk staff had good English, tho all others struggled to understand and were limited(tho they did try their best)
Reason for 4 stars...
- onsite day spa was best massage EVER!
- super friendly staff had no hesitation in helping you.
- Room was great and well kept.
- housekeeping was great.
- location was perfect
Would definitely stay here again, probably upgrade to the jacuzzi rooms as they look good.
We came a cross the bistro restaurant while having a night out, when we arrived we were welcomed as a real guest of house . Absolutely amazing bbq seafood, equally good drinks. This is the best food experience we had so far in the Phuket . The hotel connected to the Junceylon s
Shopping mall.Staff are very polite&always ready to help . Thank you for the Millennium patong team .Baramee
Perfect place to stay in Phuket. Almost all the must visit place of Patong are at walking distance. If you are interest in shopping, Beach & night life as well this is the perfect place to stay at. Staff are very polite & always ready to help. Very good embiance.
Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staffs. Connected to Jungceylon shopping mall.
breakfast was good, with Asian and Western choices. Some dishes is changed such as noodles and soup.
However is disappointed with the live BBQ buffet dinner. BBQ seafoods was not fully cooked, probably Cooks are stressed with the queue hence they quickly served the food. BBQ items only comes with crayfish, prawn, veal sausages although poster shows more seafood. There's a
Live Station with teppanyaki meats but no one is manning it, hence didn't try it. Food replenishment was slow and most dishes are replaced with some others without changing the food tag, confusing. I will definitely not try the dinner again as with the price paid (1000++ baht for 2paxs), I can go for better food at other hotels/resorts even those Street vendors.
Swimming pool is clean at the lakeside tower didn't go to the pool at beachside tower, however was told it is smaller), not crowded as most guests may be heading to the Beach.
There is a gym as well, cannot comment much since I did not hit the gym throughout the 4 days.
Only 2 devices are allowed for wireless for each room, not really friendly as we have 1 laptop and 2 mobiles. it won't works even if you logout and login in order to use on another device, login devices are captured at your first login. Hence be mindful, just remember to login to the 2 devices that you want to use, else you have to call the reception to reset the whole thing which I waited 4 hrs to have the WiFi login back.
Big C is just beside Lakeside tower in Jungceylon, very convenience especially we need to stock up our drinking water daily.
Bangla Street is just 1-2 min walk from the Jungceylon mall, there are many good foods surrounding the mall.
Patong beach is just the other end of Bangla Street.
Overall, a good stay!
