How to Get There
This brand new hotel in Pattaya right on beach street has chosen a competitive location, right beside the hard rock hotel.
As you enter the hotel, you have a boutique restaurant and a very posh lobby. The staff are very accommodating however there were a few times I felt I was ignored, eg checking in there was 2 customers and 3 staff, I stood there for a few mins before they even acknowledged my presence
The pool is not as good as Hard Rock next door but not many pools do match up to them! but is quite a nice pool. much better than other ones in the area
They have rated themselves as 5 star and we paid $140AUD without breakfast which isnt on the cheap side for the area, they have fairly high standards to meet.
One slight disappointment we had was the rooms, it wasnt overly large but just felt a bit cheap/tacky for a 5 star, some may disagree with me on this one (for the record we stayed in the room with white walls with brick patterns on it)
Overall, small things like location, service made up for short comings that we felt, we would stay again but we'd definitely look around too
Just spent 3 weeks here and had a great holiday, just across the road from the beach if you like sun bathing as the pool area
Is small. The coffee shop and restaurant serve good food and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Couldn’t fault the service everybody tried to be helpful even though they didn’t always understand English but their English was better than my Thai.
The room was very clean and well stocked, good house keeping.
The location is great halfway between Walking Street and the
Dolphin roundabout next door to the Hard Rock(noisy at times)
Thanks to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable.
This is a lovely Hotel, in a good location on the Beach Road, but although the rooms are spacious there is not enough storage for clothing especially if you're staying more than 3 days, we were there for 11 days and had to keep a lot of our things in the suitcases.Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Now, unbeknownst to us as there is no mention anywhere in there advertising the Hotel next door is "The Hard Rock hotel and cafe, if you like constant noise and loud rock music you will love this location. Also in the trees in the grounds of the "Hard Rock" hotel there nests a bird, this bird is infamous for being the most annoying bird on earth, it's called a Asian Koel you can hear it on Utube.take ear plugs. Most staff are lovely, apart from reception the most miserable we've come across.
The hotel is very close bay and easy to walk to walking street. Breakfast have more choice to eat and delicious. Many staff are friendly and kindly. I love it and I want to go there again as soon :) ...
Hotel is right on the beach road. Room was good with enough space well decorated. Bellboy was very attractive and helpful. All staff at the bakery shop were nice too. I have no chance to use their gym then no comment on this. Breakfast was fine with mixed of Asian and western food.
