One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka to get up close with nature. The location offers breathtaking views. Cool and comfortable climate. Food could be better. Rooms are nice and clean and facilities are great.

A Relaxed and Cool Stay at Hunnas Falls
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We had a visit to this beautiful hotel couple of months back with our little baby. It was such a nice place with flowery green gardens, amazing mountain view and lot more. We had a garden view room and it was fully carpet with good condition. The food was also tasty and they also prepare special food for little ones if we asked (with/without salt). My baby enjoyed a lot in the kids play room which was very clean and tidy. We had a ride in the lake for a reasonable price and a walk around the lake & the garden. The hospitality of the staff members was superb. It was worth having a holiday at this place.

IDEAL PLACE FOR RELAXATION

This is my visit after 30 years to this hotel. the location is excellent and stunning.. Ideal to have a quite time. Food was not that great. The road to reach was same as 30 years ago. I can not understand why the Hotel management have not taken any action on this. Otherwise the garden and the Hotel atmosphere is excellent.

Only thing i did not like there was it was the Earth day and they knocked of the light s for one hour. To celebrate this type events they must not harrest the customers. The dining room had only few candles. They should have arranged a candle light dinner if they wanted to celebrate such event.

Perfect Getaway at hill country
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

It's a perfect getaway for anybody who prefers to lost in the beauty of Sri Lankan hill country.
Amaya Hunas falls wears the adjacent hunnas waterfall as its tiara and its well maintained beautiful garden as the dress.
They gave us a Generous free upgrade to highland suit which is designed to give the traveller a true medieval feeling. The staff was genuinely helpful, specially front office officers Ms.Shanika and Mr.Dilisha were friendly and efficient.

The only drawback is I miss the tranquility of the hotel and scenery already. Definitely want to go there again.
Ps: I visited on May, the garden was full of flowers and butterflies.
