Nice Resort

Stopped here during trip through Palawan, great location for the underground river and zip lines which are great. Hotel Pool is good with a seperate area for small kids. Nice beach front, Sea was a little rough during our stay. Hotel offers some very good tours which are worth doing, highly recommend ATV, Underground River & Zip line. Two/Three Days is enough here as Sabang is very small

Nice hotel

The location is good, with amazing mountain view and sea view. Huge swimming pool, gym and recreation area. Peaceful hotel, offers hassle free transfer service. Food is average, just good enough for its price. Staff was polite and quickly responded to every request. However the hotel looks old and tired, room needs major renovations. The tiles in the bathroom are dirty; they also didn’t replenish the minibar before we arrived so they charged us for the missing snacks on it. We also want to do the survey in the room but the survey is already answered by the previous guest.

Nevertheless thank you to the reservation agent who helped us booking and to the front desk manager. Also to Reyjean Krystal Nath and Mark! :)

Beautiful Resort

This hotel was nice about 2 hours from airport on winding roads and lots of construction but worth it once we arrived.

Check in was perfect, staff pleasant and accommodating. They walked us to our room.

Room was great the only issue was our door it would not open easily. It scraped on the floor.

Perfect location for underground river walking distance to boat going there . Mangrove tour was walking distance as well.

Beach was so nice and clean. Food was good. Menu was good variety and nice portions.

Service staff were very nice, always asking if we needed anything.

Pool & amenities were great. Well worth the long drive from city.

Worst experience in Philippines trip !!!

Worst experience in Philippines

We stayed 3 weeks in Philippines and we change many resorts but this one really it’s not a resort, really I don’t know from where I will start from the front desk that when you call them they say that they will call you back and they never call you.

The food when we order room service many of the things on the menu are not available.
The transfers hours to the city always we booked one day before so after waiting in the front desk inform us the bus is full so you want to pay please to go to the town this is really no customer service.
Upon our check out we have 8.000 pesos for 2 times transportation round trip .
The Hotel Manager have to inform their staff that they have to provide for free the transfer and we don’t have to pay the mistake of the employees at the front desk.
We booked 2 tours from the Tour desk office in the hotel and 2 days before the tours my wife get sick so I have to cancel as she was not feeling well, when I call them and explain the situation the first response was we can’t cancel and when I was explain to her it’s health reason so you can ask your manager please after 2 days they inform me that only the second tour can be refund only 70% this was very unprofessional.
The cherry on the cake was when I ask for doctor in this resort that the distance to go to the hospital is 2 hours so you can die easy and they sent me one nurse no doctor.
Hot water in the shower also need to be fixed was not steady suddenly cold and you can’t do shower.
When someone save money to pay this resort for one unique and memorable moment of his life can’t be like this!!!

Wanna be resort

Despite having very beautiful outside areas, like the pool and the amazing beach just in front of the Hotel, I was a little disappointed.

The staff is very inexperienced and you can easily understand that they don't have the proper training.
They just don't care a lot and that is not what you expect when you stay at a resort like this.
Of course there were some nice staff but there were others that just didn't care at all.

Buffet beakfast was nothing special. Very disappointing.
Not a lot of variety for vegetarians.
Very few fruit variety and it wasn't that good. I expected fresh local fruits and they didn't offer that.
They need to work on that.
There is a place at walking distance with vegetarian options where you can have an all you can eat meal for 200 pesos. Nothing special but it's ok.

Simply awefull.
The better connection is in the front desk but even there you can not reach a signal strong enough to face time via Wassup.
No wifi in the room.
This is not acceptable at a resosort like this.

Really nice but should have more chairs to lay down.

Cool but waivy at the time I was there.
Just don't expect that white sand and clear tourquise blue cristal water.
But it's nice.

You can take the underwater river tour. It's nice and very close to the hotel.

Overall, I expexcted more from a Resort&Spa.
This is still clearly a wanna be Resort.
