How to Get There
I like the good and friendly service, good room quality and reasonable pricing.
Riding the inclinator was a great experience for my daughter.
It's location made dining option outside the hotel limited.
I suggest to change the village walk activity from Sunday to Saturday so that guest can still relax on Sunday after the walk.
First impresion was great and wow view. Very warm welcome from security, bellboy and reception. Special thank you for Ms.Riatalia for organize our honeymoon. More food variety for breakfast will be great. We will back for our second honeymoon.
Spent a night there with my family (wife and 3 kids) on Oct 20th 2019.
What an amazing hotel it is.
When you arrive, nothing stand particularly out. But once inside the lobby, you are attracted by the big panoramic windows and WOW!!! Absolutely amazing views on the rice fields around, the forest further away and the mountains on the background. Truly magical and relaxing.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is also fabulously located with stunning views.
The staff is also fantastic! Friendly, helpful and professional.
Only down was the food. We had buffet breakfast and a mix of buffet/à la carte for dinner. Both buffets were disappointing. Not enough choice and rather average dishes. A la carte menu offers a bigger range of dishes, but again, disappointing on the quality/taste... A shame for such a wonderful place. An effort should be made to improve that department! Five star review was very close...
