Great services

Everything is awesome. This place is the best choice for family holidays. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This is not our first or second experience in this place. extraordinary service will make you want to come back again and again to Angsana Bintan. SUPER COMFY ????????

Great resort for the price

Had a wonderful stay. Spent a few days at Angsana while on a trip to Singapore. Beautiful hotel, stunning surroundings, great food (breakfast buffet was awesome) and staff is very courteous. Pancha and Slamet made it easy for us to check out later, and changed our ferry arrangements going back to SG. Absolutely recommend.

Good for an occasional getaway

Nice pool, beautiful beach. Rooms are ok but nothing special. Food is OVERPRICED. You will pay Singapore prices. If you are there for the weekend, and if you want to eat outside of your room (i.e. not room service) then you will need to pay $70 Sing dollars per person for a barbecue. That is unreasonable. A plate of linguini al funghi is more than $20 Singapore. Ridiculous. This is what happens when there is no competition or alternative place to eat.

On the flip side, the staff were really, really friendly and hospitable. For that reason, I could be convinced to return. But I will bring my own food because I don't like being ripped off.
