Girls trip

A charming boutique hotel with a wonderful restaurant, Table 28! We had a wonderful stay at the Burgundy Hotel on our way to P. Allen Smith’s Moss Mountain Farm tour. Tammy & Mia at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and very nice with a big couch/seating area attached. A Keurig coffee maker was in the room and starting at 6 am there was a free coffee station set up downstairs with real half & half etc. (Important!) The restaurant called before we arrived to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion. All said, this hotel deserves a 5 star rating.

Great Experience
Reviewed 1 week ago

Even though the hotel lobby was under renovation, which we did not know when we booked, we were pleased. This was a one night stay while on a road trip. Staff was very professional. Room was large, clean, nice decor, and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary water was a nice touch. No breakfast included and more expensive than other hotels, but worth it. Would stay here again.

Room was ok but hotel was under construction

The room was fine except for the ants in the bathroom. We weren’t notified prior to our stay that the entire atrium was gutted and under construction. Noisy construction continued well after the noted (in a memo posted at the front desk) 5 p.m. stop time.

Half Way Point Returning Home

I picked this hotel by how it was rated on TripAdvisor, and we were not disappointed! Room was very modern and clean! I especially liked how the bathroom was laid out and the lighting around the mirror. Also the use of pocket doors. The bed was very comfortable! They are doing some renovating, and we were not bothered by it. It will be even more lovely when finished. My only complaint would be that the construction crews should not be allowed to park up front. It should be reserved for the guests! This is just a suggestion, and would not hinder my returning to this lovely hotel again!

Under Construction

We recently visited Little Rock to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in a lovely 2 room suite at The Burgandy. The room was well equipped and comfortable and clean. Unfortuneatly when reserving we were not advised that the entire atrium is under construction. From 9 am until 5 pm the entire hotel is engulfed is demolition noise (very loud). This would be our only complaint as everything else was quite excellent particularly their 5 star restaurant Table 28 (see separate review).
