This was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet, great location. The staff did a superb job, always friendly! Jordan was the first staff member we met and he went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. Mia always brought that friendly smile and upbeat attitude. Thanks to all the staff and hskp services, they couldnt have done it better!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

Very clean and comfortable room. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Outdoor pool was very nice. Table 28 has a very eclectic menu. We had trouble deciding. Too many interesting choices! Waiters are very nice and are happy to answer questions about the menu. Overall, it was very good! Drinks were wonderful too! It is a little pricey but good for a special occasion or date night. It was so nice to get away and not have to leave the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Good for Little Rock

We stayed one night in a double jr suite. It was the first time I haven’t stayed in a Marriott property when traveling in at least 5 years. But when we found out we needed to be in Little Rock for a night, I simply couldn’t find a Marriott property that I would be willing to stay at (category rating/reviews). We expanded the search to include all hotels and basically ended up at the conclusion that the only places that might be acceptable to stay at in Little Rock would be the Burgundy and the Capital. The Capital Hotel price point was much higher and The Burgundy has great reviews so we decided to give it a chance.

Compared to what I read about the alternatives in Little Rock, this is a solid choice. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, the mattresses looked almost new (I do a bed bug check at check in) although I’d rate them a 3 for comfort. The free coffee in the lobby had the strangest taste I’ve ever encountered and I’d recommend skipping it. The mini fridge and microwave were nice to have if you need them. The decor was nice and modern. The room was much too dark. A light kit added to the ceiling fan in the ceiling room would go a long way to improving the lighting in the space.

The parking was free which was a bonus. It seems like a nice and safe part of the city, almost suburban feeling. We wanted to breakfast in the hotel but not only was the menu limited, but there is no children’s menu and when we asked about putting together some options for our children they were unable to accommodate us. I’ll attach a picture of the breakfast menu. There is a Whole Foods not too far away which worked out for us to grab breakfast after our checkout.

I've never slept so long and solid in a hotel

We were gifted a stay on two occasions in this place, which I nicknamed the Sarcophagus Motel, because it is so quiet and restful. Both times, we were able to slept uninterrupted almost 9 hours. We really needed it because we are touring musicians and our lives can be hard at times, with little sleep. This place is a gem, the rooms are large like apartments, with all the fancy amenities and more. Everything is of highest quality. REAL art on the wall!!! If I were a rich person, I'd do my house up like these tastefully decorated and designed rooms. The staff here were so kind, and even though we missed the breakfast window, Brenda from the kitchen brought me a carafe of coffee. It's experiences like this that make life on the road something to look forward to.

It felt more like a home (if you are blessed enough to have such a beautiful home!)
The ambiance was hip & sleek.
Yet 49 rooms with a central gathering place to dine or visit was wonderful & warm.
The staff were fun and helpful.
The rooms luxurious & had every amenity ...meticulously clean.
