How to Get There
Although the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, the hotel room was large, comfortable, well supplied with water, coffee, bath products. The hotel staffcould not have been more helpful! Highly recommend!
Swank. Amazing room. Impressive water pressure in the shower. Tiny little hotel, but amazing. Everything you need in the room. Would love to stay her again anytime. Plenty of shopping nearby. Great front desk staff.
Just visited this weekend and saying it was really good would be an understatement. Called and booked a package that included a prix fixe menu at Table 28, the food was great the service was amazing (both in the restaurant and the front desk, thanks Amanda!). The room was spacious, the bedding was good and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. But what was unexpected was how quiet the rooms are, Inside there was no road noise or sounds from the hall. It seemed like we were the only ones in the hotel despite it being booked. Breakfast in the morning was also good. 100% different than big chain hotels, highly recommended.
Stayed one night and eat at the restaurant there. Room was very large and very nice. Hotel was clean and quiet. Customer service was great, location was great. The restaurant was exquisite. I had a lovely dinner and wine at the bar. Highly recommend
Stayed at the hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary in Little Rock. Arrived late at night and waited for at least 20 minutes with other 4 to 5 guests for a receptionist finally showed up. Got into a guest room and found out it is a double twin bed room instead of a king size with pool view room which we paid $20/night more. Contacted with United Airlines/Expedia that verified the hotel's computer system had problem caused the mistake. The second day we moved to a king size room with pool view but no one mentioned anything for compensation for the previous night. We asked for equivalent value free breakfasts but the general manager reluctantly gave us a $10 coupon. We used the coupon for the breakfasts and the waitress said she would like to give us remaining $10 off of our breakfasts. However, when we reached home we found our credit card was charged $8.61 for the breakfast. We called the hotel and stated what had happened and got feedback after they referred to their general manager. We were told that we only get $10 coupon and we had to pay for the rest $8.61. I am a seasoned traveler throughout the world and never saw such a hotel so unwilling to accommodate their guests.
