How to Get There
My partner and I just finished our little weekend staycation, and we genuinely could not be happier with the stay! The arrival process was seamless, and the front desk staff at check-in was courteous and professional! The rooms are well appointed, and the beds are indeed heavenly as their name suggests! At dinner the first night our waitresses Lindsey (easy to remember as they shared a name) were attentive, engaging, and were wonderful! The drinks and food were delightful, and the atmosphere casually upscale. The first night was wonderful. The second day, we had great drinks by the amazing mineral pool that is adults only, and enjoyed relaxing in the sun!
There was one issue that we had with this stay. The second night, one of the bed frames broke when we went to sit on the bed, and this caused some inconvenience for us. When reaching out that evening to the front desk, the first concern was not the bed but our health and safety. I felt truly valued as a guest when I informed her what had happened, and she first asked "Oh my goodness is everyone safe and okay?" Followed immediately by a genuine apology for this happening. After about 90 mins, we had a new room, and were escorted there by a bell hop. Because we missed our dinner reservation, we ordered room service, and Saul who delivered it was so fun and upbeat!
At check-out I voiced my concerns about the situation with the bed, and Tracy Hill, who was assisting me in checkout, went above my expectations and really helped turn a problem into a success. She was friendly, genuinely kind, and such an asset to Westin and this resort.
All in all, an amazingly relaxing stay with such great staff! I cannot wait to stay here again!!
NIce hotel but not the most kid friendly - restaurants are upscale - but it is a beautiful setting with a great view of the mountain range as it is nestled in the foot hills. If you are staying here and plan to need to be downtown, renting a car makes sense as it is a pretty far taxi ride / uber.
Very nice place to enjoy with the family, especially the huge variety of pools. A little bit far from the city but the views are perfect. The room service was excellent as well as the staff nearby the pool. Perfect parkijg locations as well.
