How to Get There
The place needs a major face lift. Great for a guys getaway to golf and not worry about anything. But to bring a family here is embarrassing and not a good experience. Go elsewhere and find a better value. Way overpriced.
Rooms are huge and have a large sitting area. The room decor was dated, carpet was worn and it definitely needed a facelift. My toilet handle was broken so I had to take the top off of the tank to flush it. Seems like they should have noticed that.
The setting and grounds are lovely, but the room was lacking in some regards. The lighting is poor (though this may not bother anyone who doesn't plan to read in the room). There is only one bedside table, so that too seems sub-par.
Staff were great. Big rooms but they felt worn out and in need of a update. One restaurant and bar. Food was good. Golf courses were in great shape but the pace of play was not great. Afternoon golf was long !!!!!
I can not wait to return. The mountains in the back ground are just stunning. The staff there is great as well. Always willing to help and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Tucson.
