Get a room (with a view)!

Very comfortable surroundings, close to everything Sedona. Heated pool, hot tubs, whirpool tubs in room, balconies, fire pits, beautiful landscape. Worth the $$, would definitely visit again if/when in the area.

Noisy neighbors
Reviewed 4 days ago

Thin floors and walls. Stayed in a ground floor studio and neighbors in upper unit had children running back and forth upstairs for hours. Asked to move after several annoying hours. New unit had a very slow draining shower/tub which left you standing in a pool after your shower. Also, we could hear the next door neighbors snoring all night long.

Awesome place!

This is our second time staying here. It's so comfortable and it's a great location. This place has some of the best views around. If you walk over to the Hyatt shops, I think the views are even better! (The Starbucks there probably has the best view). You can walk all over Sedona from here. We liked having a fireplace and a kitchen.
I didn't give this place 5 stars for service, because we had some issues with the concierge. Nicole was friendly until we told her we didn't want to sit through a presentation. Then she made a dinner reservation for us and never confirmed it. When I finally went to the front desk, she acted like she didn't know who I was and gave us a different time. So when she told us to be in the lobby at 6:45 so the free shuttle (which was outstanding) could pick us up, we found out that she told everyone in the van a different time!
Luckily we made it to dinner fine, but didn't understand the process. I could have made the reservation myself and not dealt with the hassle.
The van was awesome and the driver was great. The van picked us up when we were done with dinner as well. We weren't expecting this, so it was really nice.
Overall, the property is beautiful (especially the views from the pool area) and I would stay here again.

Great views

We recently in the past two years starting staying at Hyatts and have been satisfied with each stay. The Sedona Hyatt is in a great location. The restaurants associated with the property were excellent. We stayed in a one Bedroom, spacious with a kitchen, over sized bathroom, and a living room with a gas fireplace. Large patio off the bedroom and living room. Great views from the property. Staff was very friendly and not pushy in trying to get you to purchase a time share. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Good with a few issues

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a view in october 2018. The view was off to the side but still very nice. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room for me and my 2 kiddos. The kitchen is fully equipped, but doesn't have a keurig (slightly disappointing). The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room when we first arrived, but we made the front desk aware of it and they fixed it immediately and gave us an upgraded cleaning service for our entire stay. So management is very responsive to problems. The hotel is very close to everything and walking distance to lots of shops. Highly recommended.
