My reservation showed no payment required until date of arrival. Received an immediate notification from the hotel that they tried to run my card. Immediately cancelled this reservation before every going.

Very comfortable beds, but hotel overall it super smokey!

We were able to snag a fairly good rate at this hotel and it was a nice location between our drive from Page down to Scottsdale. The parking lot was huge, as this is a casino for the locals as well, so we had to park pretty far away and then cart our luggage in. Upon entering we immediately smelled cigarette smoke, yuck!

This huge hotel and casino sits basically in the middle of nowhere, so hopefully you are okay eating at the hotel. After 5 days of hiking and driving over 500 miles, surviving on quick meals and snacks we were excited to eat a good meal at their Zenith Steakhouse. However due to our arrival on Easter Sunday (for a 1-night stay), it turns out this steakhouse was closed, because they had served an Easter Brunch. What a letdown! We ended up having to eat at their buffet, which was good, but you had to walk through their smoke-filled casino to get to the buffet. Which meant that you also had to eat your meal amongst the smoke. I have asthma and found this to be extremely frustrating.

In terms of the room, we couldn’t have been happier. The room was fairly spacious and nice and quiet. The bathroom was beautiful and roomy, with a huge walk-in shower, I do however wish the water pressure would have been better. Finally, the bed… it was amazingly comfortable. Had my best night’s sleep of our entire trip here!

In the middle of nowhere

Stayed here for a night after reading the reviews. We were very disappointed with our stay. The “casino resort” is in the middle of nowhere. The valet guys were nice and friendly. The woman at the front desk was efficient but not very friendly. We were required to sign off on their rules when we checked in, including a prohibition on any outside liquor anywhere on the property. We were informed this “resort” had no spa. There is just a pool, jacuzzi and fitness room. The rooms are large. Unfortunately our air conditioning was for decoration only as it did not cool the room. The room smelled like body odor. There was no vent in the bathroom so it was really hot when the door was closed.

After checking in we decided to try our luck on the casino. Bad mistake as nothing paid. We sat at a bar and the gentleman behind the bar never acknowledged us and kept doing what he was doing. After half hour of no luck and no acknowledgment we went next door. We got drink service right away but had no better luck on the machines. When we returned to the original bar the bartender was now friendly. Apparently the bar was not opened yet when we sat there but no one said anything.

There were several restaurant options. The good in the sports bar was okay. Breakfast in the cafe was good as was the service.

For what we paid we probably would have done better to stay elsewhere

The best casino/resort in Arizona!

I definitely do not always win at Twin Arrows, however it has the best hotel and casino atmoshere in Arizona. The casino is designed exceptionally well. I just love it! The only down side of this casino is it's location.

Comfortable Place in the middle of Nowhere

Twin Arrows is a nice property with spacious, clean rooms. The restaurants have some great food. I can't comment on the casino because I wasn't there for that purpose but found it a nice place to stay while commuting 30 minutes East to a client's office.
