My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel over Easter

The website does not give a good representation of the hotel. There were certainly no stained glass window in our room.
We got a hotel room on the first floor. Initially we were worried about Bar noise - on the ground floor. But the acoustics were very good and we were not disturbed.

The location of the hotel is very good - once you parked your car. We did not use the parking garage - quite expensive and a really difficult small space - street parking is available on the ring less than 500m away.

The breakfast was very nice ( but overpriced )

We enjoyed it - having breakfast next to the altar , staying in converted church etc ... - for us there was a sense of humor involved.
If this is not your stuff - then you may find the hotel overpriced

It met our expectations and we would stay here again if the prices were reasonable

Outstanding Hotel

Very nice hotel. Personel is very friendly and the rooms are so nice.
This place used to be a church and you can feel and see it in the rooms (superior) and the restaurant.
The bed is very comfortable. Only minus: television; why don’t we have access to the french belgian television? Parking rate is very very expensive.

Wow! Quirky, Chic hotel

If you make it to Mechelen and want to stay somewhere different then book in at Martin’s Peterhof. This hotel is central to the town centre and is in an old Church. The spaces and rooms are therefore very chic and different. Breakfast is in the main Chapel and the rooms have stained glass windows. Very cool place. Very nice lobby and bar

Great hotel

One of the most original hotels I’ve ever been. Previously it was a church that has been rebuild internally into a great hotel: nice & quiet rooms, friendly service, excellent food. Ideal for a “business offsite”.

Very nice hotel, good location, breakfast a bit pricey

The hotel is really lovely, we booked a bit late, so we didn't have one of the big rooms, but still. Entrance hall very impressive. Rooms are clean and a good size. We were on the bottom floor and it was really quiet. Location is perfect to do everything by foot. We parked near the river and thus only paid 4€ for 24 hours. Staff was friendly. The breakfast room was the old chapel, so it was really nice to sit in. My only comment would be the breakfast. At 22€ per person, it's a bit expensive, it was ok but I've seen better ones for less.
