good as usual

Convenient location, it's very easy to access it from the train station and not so far from my usual restaurant.
The rooms are nice and clean.
Breakfast is complete, i like the pancake machine.
More TV channels in french would be appreciated.

Very good Hotel but poor airtightness
Reviewed 7 days ago

Very nice rooms well equipped (including Nespresso machine which I love!). The only issue was the bad airtightness of the windows due to wind, trains passing by or civil works happening around the hotel. That made me sad as I was not able to sleep during the nights until I've been in another room

On top of antwerp central station

Well this hotel literally overlooks the railwaytracks that feed into Antwerp central station. Strategically located this hotel positions itself as a business place. We had a 24 hr meeting that included diner and breakfast. The meetingroom (vancouver) was fine as was the coffee area. High quality coffee machine, excellent. The reception area is small but the service staff was very friendly. Dinner was okish, nothing spectacular but a solid 3 course dinner. The room on the5th floor is large and comfortable. There is a gym with the usual bike row and running machines. In the same area on the 11th floor there is a Sauna that I did not use. Breakfast is fine in particular the offered bread choices. Good and solid place.
Note that they are renovating the place.

Hotel under construction

Have stayed here numerous times when on business in Antwerp as a good hotel for business travel.
However nothing on website about the refurbishment of the hotel, the reception area is dirty and resembles a building site.
We usually have meetings in the spacious reception area but this was closed so only space is hotel restaurant and bar, again very noisy and busy so not suitable.
If you are doing all of this work at least let people know when booking!

Great location next to the train-station - not 4-star-compliant
Reviewed 1 month ago

I stayed here in January 2019 for 3 nights.
Expectations were high with 4-stars, but the reality was a bit disappointing. Beds were not really convenient, bath-room was renovated/new but toilet was not completely properly positioned, no bath, just simple shower, no good shampoo/body-wash stuff.
Breakfast was good but nothing extra like omelet kind-of-service.
Location is great so close to big parking-garage and train-station.
The hotel-building is just between other office-buildings, so less privacy.
