Highly recommended hotel facilities with outstanding standard of service of staff starting from the reception area passing through the concierge area and the main open buffet restaurant in the R level where the service is outstanding and the quality of food is excellent and the hospitality by the staff is exceeding the expectations specially mentioning here one of their catering supervisors namely Mr Ali Sengul, who and his team in the restaurant, will make you feel as if you are at home.
This hotel has some of the most amazing views which you will not find anywhere else in Antalya.
I booked this hotel for a very special occasion but unfortunately the hotel did not have any availability to offer me an upgrade, which is fair enough however there was lack of care or alternative incentives. The staff did not offer any alternatives and came across rude at times. This was only the staff at the front desk. The staff in the restaurants and around the hotel elsewhere were great.
Breakfast was great with a lots of options such as eggs, waffles, pancakes, fruit and many more Turkish delicacies.
All the pool areas were great especially the main infinity pool which has breathtaking views. The hotel has a indoor pool too which is convenient for when the weather isn’t great.
We played basketball in the mornings which was free and they also had tennis courts for which you have to pay for racket rental. The hotel also offers free bikes dependant on availability which was very convenient. There is also a really good gym which we utilised a few times.
The rooms were very clean and tidy however the housekeeping could do better in cleaning them properly each day considering it is a 5 star hotel.
Overall a great hotel well worth paying extra for however some of the staff could make it a 10/10 by improving their customer service. I will leave a 9/10
We visited here second week April for our Easter break and overall the hotel was great . The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location and the grounds are spectacular overlooking the mountain view which made the stay amazing . Rooms were clean with good facilities upon arrival however housekeeping overall was poor , room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5 star hotel each day , plates were left dirty in room and tea and coffee was not replaced every day however whenever I rang reception they were good to refill stock.

Facilities also great . Concierge team were great but guest experience team also very poor .
However the major aspect that let the hotel down was the front of house reception staff , they were rude particularly a lady who works in the evenings called sid who was unfriendly , rude and abrupt . Every interaction we had with the reception staff was poor as they lacked any customer service skills and failed to show respect to customers .
Upon checking out the man was also rude and did not ask if our stay was ok.
Also being a honeymoon couple the hotel did not go out of their way to make it special for us so if booking for honeymoon don’t expect any special treatment as the staff do not go above and beyond . Overall I would give this hotel 9/10 for the scenery and views but 2/10 for customer service skills .
Overall good hotel. Renovated but exterior needs touch up.
Breakfast was good. Rooms and facilities are good. We took an ocean room; fantastic view. Club lounge and staff were excellent.
Area is close to some food outlets and a convenient store.
Back home again from my favorite hotel Akra and I cannot but share my positive impressions again. Everything was as wonderful as always, big thanks to the management and service teams, special thanks go to Aydin, Ayhan and Baycan from the LifeCo Juice Bar for their professional attitude, Emine the massage therapist and the whole Life&Co team for their thorough attention to me. Despite my early spring visit (end of March) the weather was beautiful and sunny and I was gladly surprised that the outdoor pool was already working and you could sunbathe on the sun beds as the pool water was heated up to a very comfortable temperature.
Sometimes I used to find pleasant little surprises in my room, for example, a bottle of Turkish wine or seasonal fruits, it was always very nice.
I hope to be returning there many more times, thank you again, Akra Barut team.
