The worst hotel service
Jose H

The hotel dont care about The guests, they had an event on the terrace and the music was really loud and couldn’t sleep and the front desk people didn’t do anything. The sales people didn’t do anything to make us feel comfortable. They just care for sale and after that they forget about you! The worst experience

Do not park underground, rip off
whazzoo1

Went to the hotel to have breakfast and went into the underground parking. The lot was open with no signage for being full. The parking lot itself was extremely dark and hard to see in. We drove around for a few minutes and the lot was absolutely packed. We ended up turning to the exit and told the attendant that the lot was full and we could not park. He demanded 20 pesos for the privilege of looking for a place to park. I told him to call his boss as I was not paying a centavo, as they did not provide anything. After 5 minutes of me sitting there and refusing to pay, he decides to take me to the hotel managers office. The management wisely That I did not have to pay. So beware if they do this scam to 20 people a day they are making more than their pay.

A classy hotel worth considering

The rooms are classy and comfortable, reception is efficient, and the food and service in the restaurant are excellent. The bathroom was clean and quite adecuate, but beginning to look a bit out of date.
