How to Get There
The service was first class with lots of very friendly staff to attend to one's needs.I took a superior room which was excellent Location very good and some evenings entertainment in the lounge area -flamenco and a soul singer evenings.
Breakfast was excellent BUT unfortunately the one thing they have to sort out was the english breakfast counter where the various items were kept in saucepans on a hot plate and for unknown reasons the food was luke warm to cold.. I overcame this by ordering the specials which were freshly made at no extra cost!
My husband and I have just arrived home from a fabulous stay in not only a beautiful city but made even better by our stay in this truly lovely hotel.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and checked in smoothly and swiftly. The rooms are spotless and well appointed with high end toiletries.
I can’t fault anything. The staff have been well trained but apart from that they were very personable. We’ve stayed in this chain of hotels before both in Spain and Italy but this beats them all. We’ll definitely return and can recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Seville
Stunning hotel, friendly staff, and unbeatable location! All you can expect and more. Breakfast is fantastic, bar is lovely, rooftop is brilliant! If there’s some constructive criticizing I’d say parking should be way cheaper or included, especially with the rates were already paying. Anyway, 5-stars!
First - Uber works very well in Spain - better than taxi. As soon as we tried using a local taxi (from hotel to train station early morning) we got immediately completely screwed by the driver.
Hotel location is perfect for sightseeing and stuff - walking distance to all the most important sights in Sevilla and only a few minute walk from the river front. Great location, gorgeous hotel, beautiful clean and modern rooms although somewhat small. Employees speak good English and they were super helpful. VERY cool highlight - on two evenings a week they have a flamenco show at the hotel's bar area - super nice bonus and a good show !! Just about the best hotel in Sevilla, and expensive, but still very good experience and great service - highly recommend.
The difference between good hotels and really good is all in the service. So congratulations to the team here who to the last person smiled chatted and helped to make you feel valued and welcome. From Victor on the door,Ana in Concierge and of course Claudia with the sparkle in her eyes and lovely smile at breakfast it was all a great pleasure.it takes hard work and immensely committed leadership to produce a team as happy as this.well done.the paintings on the room doors is most unexpected and the cleanliness everywhere so good.yes perhaps the rooms are a little quirky and smallish but well furnished, good beds .the lighting takes some working out and if you are a bit infirm getting in and out of the shower is a challenge.we did not eat here except for breakfast which was extensive .drink charges are average for wine and beer ,maybe a bit high for whiskeys etc?
The free shows in the bar were an extra attraction.
And yes we would go back in a flash.
Thanks to you all
