How to Get There
The best people work at Gran Melia Sevilla! Kudos to them and the people who train them. Nice, attentive but unobtrusive, kind and very polite.
The room was nice (the first one didn’t have a nice view but as soon as we called they changed us), the room was sparkling clean, the spa was excellent, the pool area is nice with a beautiful view (although it’s a small area) it seems plenty for the hotel.
The “red lounge” was comfortable with plenty of drinks. The restaurant is excellent and so is the breakfast. I never got the aromatherapy i requested twice so I can’t say what it is! (Wish I could I was looking forward to aromatherapy every night, but didn’t smell anything, that’s the only bad thing).
If you ever plan a trip to Sevilla this is definitely the place to Stay! You can walk everywhere and come back to the nicest people ever!
We stayed at the hotel in Seville. It was a lovely experience - everything from top-notch service to great bed linens - an A+. A special shout-out to Nicco and Tino who welcomed us at the reception desk and checked us out as we left. These two gentlemen were a study in class and graciousness. The hotel is lucky to have them. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at hotels in Paris and London, but nothing compared.
It was a great decision to choose this hotel! The location is great, close to everything we needed. It is an elegant and beautiful hotel, our room was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The concierge service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. All of them were very professional and knowledgeable and their recommendations were great!
