I had a wonderful stay. From the room, cleanness, the service, the staff friendliness, the decor, the view, the attention to details, the restaurants, F&B and location. Thumbs up to NH Collection. It was a memorable stay. your hotel is very classy and so is your team.
From the moment we set foot in the lobby of the hotel, my new husband and I knew that we had made the correct choice of accommodations for our honeymoon. Mario, at check in, was hospitable and lovely, and made us feel at ease and at home. The next morning at breakfast, Kostas elevated our experience from his first hello. Kostas was engaging, humourous, and welcoming from the get go. As someone who as worked ans staffed luxury retail and service for more than 10 years, I feel as though I have a skill for pinpointing top talent. Kostas is a rare and valuable find for the management and I'd like to congratulate the staff on their exceptional service. So the location really is perfect and also the entrance is beautifully done. The check-in went well and quickly. We did not try the restaurants but they looked amazing.
Unfortunately our room was rather small. The windows were not clean and the view was poor even though we stayed on the highest floor. The bathtub had a crack and the water was burning hot sometimes. The bed was very hard. When we decided to take the stairs, we saw that the staircase was in a bad shape. The paint was coming off the walls. There was a turndown service with stroopwaffles that was nice. But otherwise we feel that we have paid too much for too little.
