How to Get There
Quiet little hotel in a quiet area just outside Amsterdam. Their breakfast policy is not very clear so make sure you get it with your booking.
Otherwise friendly staff an nice food.
Trip advisors insists on at least 200 characters so I am filling my quota by writing this useless line. Perhaps they should understand that not everyone who takes the trouble of writing a review is a natural born writer.
The Hotel is very well located to bring the perfect rest after exploring Amsterdam.
At Morning a Great breakfast is waiting for you with Very good coffee, eggs, Fruit Juice, yoghurt and more to enjoy.
Public Transport : All nearby : Bus, Metro.
Bicycle for rent at the Hotel : bicycles are Great with a good saddle, so even after a full day.. You still feel perfect in shape.
> I personaly recommend to Explore Amsterdam with Bicycle !
In the room : a perfect list is waiting for you with good restaurants, activities near by.
Good bed- and bathroom, all a bit compact : only; this fits Perfectly and is more a surplus.
Staff is Great and Friendly and there to help when needed.
Only thing that Can improve this Hotel is... some Great Belgian beers on The list ;-))
This is a clean & modern hotel. Everything was new & fresh. The Room was compact but clean with blinds that kept the room dark & lovely high quality linen/ bedding. The breakfast offered a good choice of fresh fruit & continental breakfast which certainly set me up for the day.
The hotel is outside the ‘Amsterdam’ border and it is worth walking one stop down to the ‘Amstel’ pub sign / Border Coffee sign to get the bus, which is €2.50 one way, which drops you near the Rijks or Anne Franks House. Cheaper than the €6 ticket. (which I felt I never got value for money from)
Not a lot to do within walking distance, but the hotel is modern clean and comfortable. If you don't mind Ubering or using Taxi; the price is good and the breakfast is tasty. The best part is the staff, they are very kind, efficient and helpful.
Decent reception and breakfast restaurant staff. Cleaning staff didn’t see missing light i bathroom and forgot renewal of coffee capsules one day and clean towels another day.
The room was way too small for the big bed. And the bed was so soft, that it was uncomfortable.
Quiet surroundings near Amsterdamse Bos, with nice walks.
1 km to the train (M51) to city.
If you buy a 3 day ticket to train, tram and busses, it does NOT work with the busses to the hotel.
