How to Get There
We had a dog friendly room (for $50 extra per night). Room was on ground floor and was quite spacious for a room, more like a small suite with a kitchen sink and fridge. Hotel is located next to a public Park at Fernandina Beach. The made-to-order breakfast was great and the morning staff were very friendly. Currently, there is a dredging project going on at the beach which causes noise and smell outside. I would not choose the location as a vacation spot while that is going on but it was a great place to stay while visiting friends in the area.
We came in town for a quick 2 night stay for an event. We really liked the location. As some reviews will say, the rooms are small, but functional. The breakfast more than makes up for this. Close proximity to the beach. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place.
Great staff, on the beach , parking and breakfast at a reasonable price. My room had an ocean view, mini fridge and microwave.Their is a casual beach bar-restaurant adjacent and across the street there is a new glamorous Saltlife. The Inn is also a short straight drive down Atlantic Avenue to the Historic Downtown.
We were on our way to southern Florida and decided to stop here for the night. Hotel was reasonably priced, modern and clean ad in a great location right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
Everything was perfect at the Seaside Inn. Check in was quick, informative and pleasant by a very nice and professional young lady. The room was clean, right on the beach, within walking distance to 2 restaurants. The made to order breakfast was very good and the young lady that made it was quick and very sweet. Overall a perfect stay
