Not what I expected

This hotel is nice with a nice view but it was much smaller than what was pictured and expensive. I was a bit disappointed with the staff and their helpfulness as I felt the woman at the front desk wasn't very knowledgeable about the questions that we asked her. We only stayed one night but that was enough for us. It was clean, quite and comfortable!

Charming - perhaps some more amenities for the price

Charming hotel, zipping with energy from an all age crowd of Positano (take that how you would like ;)). Charming spot, and the hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. Really the only feedback is that they don't have a hotel shuttle. For the amount of the room prices, and being so far up the slope of the city, it would have been nice to have some sort of ability to pick up guests at arrival. Saw some hotels that had small vans to help with arrivals. Also, slightly more private balcony divisions for all rooms might make for a more comfortable setup.

Beyond the Beauty.

My husband and I had our honeymoon in Italy and Positano and this hotel has been a part of it.
I have no words to explain such a great experience.
Positano is an amazing place (too much stairs for sure but it worths it), with amazing people.
The room was perfect, it was notably clean, the best around the Amalfi coast. Our room was on the 3rd floor, the tiles were cool but the best part was our patio overlooking the sea, the view was amazing, we spent every nights sitting out there. I want to thank Rosa and Giusy for making us find a surprise on the bed and for cleaning our room everyday, we are such a mess!!. The hotel provides almost everything you need, the amenities were absolutely great.
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of local products, but I loved those cookies with coconut and chocolate made by Gio (bar tender). She was so lovely and she also makes a great cappuccino.
The staffs was so friendly, we greatly appreciated their help and advise about where to eat, where to go, what to do. We met Jimmy, the Manager, he is a nice person and down to earth, he told us a lot of stories about Positano and its surroundings.
The hotel has a well stocked bar and Raffaele and Lucas will make sure that your drink will be better than expected and honestly the prices are absolutely reasonable compares to the others.
We felt loved and a part of a family, we didn’t want to leave, 5 days really have gone fast but when we visit again we will choose this hotel.
Thanks for all the things you’ve done for making our honeymoon memorable. You rocked it.
