Fantastic views and great staff
Reviewed 1 month ago

This was our second stay at this hotel. We had so enjoyed our first visit that we chose them again and were not disappointed. It is a family run establishment and the family and staff are most accomodating and friendly! The place is immaculate, and beautiful. We stayed in the junior suites on both occasions and the views are magnificent. (The only thing we missed this time was the small table and chairs on the terrace. There are nice chaises though. Its at the top of the hill but the bus stop is next door and there are some fine restaurants just a short stroll around the corner. The hotel restaurant is excellent.

Everything you'd want!

There was not a single a thing I could think that wasn't exactly what we wanted. The service, the restaurant, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms with the view, etc. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel!

Hotel Villa Gabrisa is a lovely family run hotel with a great restaurant. The bus stop is a few steps away so access to the beach and marina is very convenient. For those who prefer to walk the steps are located across the road. Our room had a wonderful view as does the restaurant if dining outside. The amenities include fridge, free wifi, tea/coffee making and a separate shower. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel

We just had a fabulous 5 night stay at Villa Gabrisa. The staff and owners were kind, attentive and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our room had a fantastic balcony, a spa bath and a big comfy bed. It was a short walk from the beach and the shopping and restaurants and it had its own fantastic restaurant and wine shop on site. Would def stay again if we return to Positano!

Great location but a bit average

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but of the three 4-star properties we stayed at during our visit to the amalfi coast region this hotel was more like what one would expect from a three star property.
Now the good bits, view was great, hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for assistance. The room itself was large with its own terrace balcony, the furniture was a bit dated and tired.
Overall a good stay but with so many choices in positano I'd try somewhere else next time.
