Average business hotel

There really isn't anything special about this place. Check in was fine but I had to wait about 10 minutes.

The room was clean but nothing special. Cozy bed that could have been in any city in the world. The view was dismal (just looking at a random building).

The location is good if you are going to see a concert. There are a few restaurants nearby that are okay. There is new TopGolf walking distance though!

Overall Birmingham has better options.

Great Experience!

Lots of construction in the area right now but the hotel was still easy to locate and self parking was plentiful in an attached garage. It is a superb hotel for any event you're attending at BJCC arena as both the arena and the neighboring Sheraton can be accessed by skywalk. The actual hotel was very clean. It appeared new and smelled great. Beds were comfy and the bath was equipped with a combo rainshower and handheld faucet. A mini refrigerator, a safe, and an individual cup coffeemaker along with a tray of Starbuck's and Tazo products were nicely fitted in shelving behind a door that blends with the closet so the room appears sleek and not cluttered. Service was great all around. My stay was on a really busy Saturday night with a concert in town and, even so, when I called guest services to report that the coffeemaker wasn't brewing correctly maintenance brought a new one to the room in literally less than 5 minutes. They also really know their market and play up to the guests that are staying there due to a concert or event at the BJCC arena. Cute touches ranged from signs welcoming fans, handing out themed goody bags at check-in, and all the front desk staff wearing tshirts of the band that was performing that night. Overall fun atmosphere and great stay.

We spend one night at this hotel, I really didn't have high expectations, I had stayed at another Westin a month ago and the experience was not so good. But this hotel is great, valet parking guys are polite and friendly. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The workout room was great, clean and with enough equipment to maintain your routine. Great experience.

Great property!

The property has a welcome feeling. The restaurant offers a variety of reasonable priced food. The rooms are updated with great mattresses, pillows etc

Shuttle service to airport.

My only down point is that they only have Pepsi products on the property.
