How to Get There
We never go here on the weekend, way to crowded. Week days are best for us. We are not big time gamblers in our minds. That being said, we never have a problem getting a room at the hotel. As for the slots, we have up and down nights. Sometimes we do good and other times not so good. I guess that's why they call it gambling. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Never had a problem with anyone who works at the place. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to going back.
Absolutely loved this place! We spent the weekend here and it was amazing. The staff was so polite and helpful. The food was really good and the room was really really nice! Not the mention the casino was amazing! I found my winning moment twice!! I highly recommend. We will return
We went for the first time over the weekend. We live in Alabama, so this wasn't s far as Biloxi for us. The actual casino was very large and spacious. What impressed me was the bowling alley, movie theater and arcade and ice cream parlor. The buffet was OK, the crab legs were good and plentiful, the other food was awful, and the servers were soooo rude, the young man that took our money at the front was EXTREMELY rude. This was last Saturday, if anyone from management is reading this. I would go back, but skip the buffet.
The first time we were here, we almost froze to death. This time the casino was a much more reasonable temperature, so we stayed longer. It's a really fun place that gets crowded on the weekends. The hotel is very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice view, easy check in, and valet parking. Our only complaint would be the food and service at the Grille. We waited over thirty minutes for hamburgers while the waitresses stood around the hostess station chatting. By the time our waitress realized she had forgotten our food, it was cold. Of course we were not going to wait another thirty minutes so we left. Btw, if you are coming here from Florida, it's a little hard to find. We got lost the first time but made it there fine this time and we will be back!
Receptionist very helpful with going over the property on a map (lots of things to do). When we checked in my husband and I were each given our own personal product packet according the sent we like (really makes you feel special). Bed was a bit softer than I prefer, but my husband was very comfortable with it. Very clean. Food was good at buffet though breakfast sandwich was a little short of meat. I was confused about some people playing casino games with their children with them however as I really didn't feel they should even be allowed on the casino floor. Only real complaint was I lost at the casino (lol).
