Sound confort in a garden resort
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Huge bungalows consisting of two wide rooms (living and bedroom), plus a big veranda, surrounded by a neatly kept garden in the equatorial Highlands, five minutes away from NgoroNgoro gate.
Fireplace in the room.
Plenty of personnel taking care of you, offering all day long excellent drinks and cocktails.
Nice contemporary cuisine and the best picnic baskets ever had.
A very good place to stay at reasonable prices.

Incredible!

This all inclusive lodge is a must do when needing to stay close to Ngorongoro crater. It does not have a view over the crater but an exceptional view over the bushland where you can also view a wonderful sunset. The villas are just wonderful with a separate bedroom and lounge, a spacious deck and super room service if required. The food was great, service awesome. We just loved it. Thanks so much Neptune!

Trying to be luxury but lacking the soul
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We had one night stay at the hotel for our visit to the Ngorongoro crater.

The hotel claims it to be a luxury hotel but there’s so much to be done still.

There is no music at all in its restaurants and the whole place smells like mosquito repellent. WiFi very slow, nearly doesn’t work...

There is also a need to better train its staff to be less robotic, more sharp and show that kind of personal attention and warmth you’d feel in the real luxury hotels...

Amazing Lodge!

Words can't describe this place; the staff was amazing and cottages breathtaking. My cottage overlooked the forest, it was very calming and peaceful all I heard were birds chirping from my balcony as I watched the sunrise while seeping tea. I really needed to relax after climbing Kilimanjaro and Safari drives. I was in awe the whole time; the food menu was excellent but what I really liked about this Lodge was the location. It's literally a few minutes from Ngorongoro National Park; so you can start your safari first thing in the morning.

What a Way to Start !

First two days in Tanzania. Each room is its own house with double-roomed fireplace, large balcony overlooking the pool and forest, spacious living room and spacious bedroom. The lodge and dining area are comfortable and beautiful. The staff are all wonderful from the manager to the wait staff. Food was very good.
