How to Get There
My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! All of the staff goes out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of and they were all so friendly. Justin, the manager, was beyond welcoming. He met us at check in and spoke to us throughout our stay and knew everyone by name. The dinner with the Maasai dancers was such a treat and I would recommend checking it out. We also had dinner on the pool island one evening which was a romantic set up with special menus printed up for us. All the food was good and very fresh. We had a couples massage which was easily one of the best massages we’ve ever had, highly recommend the spa while staying here. Our room was spacious with a view of the Serengeti and a very comfortable bed. They provide bug spray and plenty of water was a pleasant surprise. I can’t leave this review without mentioning the infinity pool that overlooks a watering hole for elephants which is such an incredible experience. We went on morning and afternoon game drives so it was nice to relax by the pool in between.
We celebrated our 10th wedding Anniversary at four season safari lodge Serengeti. It was one of the best experience of our life. It starts from the moment we entered the lodge to the time we exit. The hotel manager received himself upon arrival and specially asked us about our dietary do’s and don’ts by asking what type of cuisines we like. The whole staff made us feel so special and made our time most memorable. The hospitality and the environment they provide us at the hotel was exceptional.
We stayed in Water Hole view room, the room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable with large bathroom. The view from balcony, overlooking the vast plains of Serengeti was breath-taking. We were welcomed with an anniversary cake in our room.
My husband arranged a special surprise dinner for me at pool side by asking the hotel staff and they arranged it in a very short notice. The staff was so attentive and so warm.
Quality and taste of food were excellent. In breakfast, they have lots of options, I love the fresh juice counter, where you can select any fruits or vegetable or combination of your choice and get freshly squeezed juice. Dinner was delicious specially the desert.
Our stay at Four Seasons Serengeti Safari Lodge was very amazing and truly unforgettable.
All I want to say is “Luxury in the middle of Serengeti” with the best customer service and hospitality.
I have never had a better experience at any hotel than at the Four Seasons Serengeti, from every aspect! It is a MUST do if you are visiting the Serengeti! While of course expensive so this may be outside of your budget range and it was out of ours as well but we heard it was a must and so made 2 nights work and it was absolutely worth it! From the hotel itself, the views (just being right in the middle of the Serengeti with the animals roaming right outside your balcony), to the restaurants, food and staff....I can't say enough good things about it! I have never had better staff in my life and I travel a lot and many of times at nice hotels like the four seasons. We didn't want to leave. To give an example, one evening one of the managers came by to speak to us at dinner and check-in - through our conversations I mentioned the stuffed animals I needed to bring back to my nephews and the next day, one stuffed animal for each of them was sitting in our room with a very nice note from the manager! That kind of service.....
