This elegant hotel was built to resemble an Arabian village, with Moorish architecture and clusters of white buildings cascading down the hillside towards the beach. The garden is a true oasis in the desert, filled with palm trees and dotted with four swimming pools – including one that’s a whopping 1,000 metres square – a tennis centre, water features and shady cabanas for lounging the day away.
Bed and Bath
The spacious rooms and suites come with stunning sea or courtyard garden views, and many have a private terrace. With opulent Moorish touches in the form of sweeping archways and intricately carved grilles, all rooms come with a comfortable sitting area, a separate dressing area, TVs and CD-DVD players hidden in an attractive armoire and Nespresso machines. The large marble bathrooms have deep tubs, walk-in showers, twin sinks, lots of fluffy white towels and L’Occitane lotions and potions.
There are a host of dining options, starting with a buffet breakfast at Arabesque. You can lunch poolside at the Gezira Pool Bar and Waha Pool Bar, while the Citadel Lounge serves light meals throughout the day. In the evening, Arabesque serves authentic Middle Eastern cuisine overlooking the Red Sea, and you’ll find delicious Italian specialities at Il Frantoio. Then relax the in art-filled Observatory Lounge, or the al fresco Nafoura lounge with a cocktail or a even smoke fruit-flavoured tobacco through a shisha pipe, while a belly dancer wiggles her hips. For the ultimate pampering session, indulge in the Egyptian Masterpiece treatment at the large spa.
In the Area
Divers and snorkellers shouldn’t miss Tiran Island or Ras Mohamed National Park, home to thousands of fish species and vibrant coral. Waterskiing, kite surfing and windsurfing are also on offer. Back on dry land, you can go quad biking in the desert or opt for a more sedate camel trek. The adventurous can climb Mount Sinai – known as Moses Mount – by moonlight, and reach the top to watch the sun rise over the incredible landscape, before visiting historic St Catherine’s Monastery. Closer to home, shop for souvenirs at SOHO Square, with its bars, cafes and outdoor stage shows.
How to Get There
The architecture, the atmosphere, the vibe, the crew, the food, the facilities and everything else exceeded my expectations. The spa is outer worldly Must visit if you are ever in sharm el sheikh. The price range falls on the high side but it is expected since it is a world known 5 star hotel. Worth it.
From the moment we landed at sharm el sheikh airport, the amazing hospitality of four seasons was palpable. Since we were travelling for our anniversary, they sent a S class Mercedes to pick us up from the airport. Being a vegetarian, I’ve never felt more comfortable in the Middle East with food. The property is right out of a fairy tale with private access to the Red Sea. Let the pictures speak for themselves. The dive school needs a special mentions for the amazing dive instructors.
The best hotel in sharm el sheikh unbelievable service it’s so clean , the staff is amazing and so helpful specially the ones who work’s in the beach area ( best bartender Ayman ) also the food is really good and clean

Amazing resort. Quietly located by SoHo one of the popular downtown areas of Sharm. We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and well maintained. The beach is nice and clean and the jetty hosts an amazing reef and sea life. The perfect spot to get some sun and to enjoy the wonderful Egyptian waters. Highly recommended!
This was the most amazing vacation spot spent along the clear waters of the Red Sea while basking in the Egyptian sun. Great food, amazing service and impeccable rooms. I recommend 5 stars to the servers in each of the 5 different restaurants we spent our time at. Thank you for working so hard to make our time amazing.
