We have been coming to Alpine House since 2016. We love the charm and ambiance. The breakfast is fantastic, and the location can not be beat. We walk to town to catch the bus, and walk to town for shopping and dinner. The only minus is no outdoor hot tub, but hopefully one will be added soon. Thank you for 8 years of memories and exceptional service.

Our third time in Jackson and the Alpine House for a ski vacation. Had a great time at the JHMR and appreciated the comfort and homey atmosphere of the Alpine House to return to after a long day on the mountain. Conveniently located near the town square, bus stops to the resort and airport, and the breakfasts are outstanding. My go to place to stay when I visit JH.

Alpine house is very convenient to downtown Jackson. It also has very convenient parking. I loved the lounge areas which were nice places to relax outside of your room. The breakfast is made to order with many choices. They had a pleasant and clean exercise room which was a great place to stretch out or do yoga/hand weights.

Custom order breakfast prepared while you wait. Easy to walk to Jackson Square for shopping, restaurants and bars. Ample parking. Room had a refinished bathroom. While tight, the room had ample storage for gear.

Soundproofing is non-existent. No 24-hour desk even for three properties combined. They had an electrical box beeping all night long on my last night which combined with non-existent soundproofing made it impossible to sleep at all. I made a call to their after-hours line at 4AM but nobody showed up to fix it up until my departure at 7:30AM. They advertise breakfast as till 10AM, but if you show up after 9:45 the cook tells you off. Everything other than soundproofing is tolerable, but due to no soundproofing alone I heavily disrecommend this place.

We stayed here for a week of skiing. This hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but it was a very nice for the price. The gas fireplace in the room was very cozy after a day on the slopes. There were nice thick robes in the closet too. The breakfasts were delicious. There was a chef who prepared your order on the spot so everything was hot. Fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, bagels also available. We loved the location of this hotel. Jackson is a charming town. We did not have a car but there was no need. We walked to dinner each night. So many amazing restaurants to choose from! The town bus system is great. We just had to walk 2 blocks to the pickup location. Left our skis in storage on the mountain so we didn’t have to drag them back and forth each day. We had a great week and would highly recommend The Alpine House!!

My family was really excited to stay here but we’re unlikely to return. Alpine House has a very comfy home feeling, but needs updating in the tired and poorly lit common areas. Rooms are tight and don’t have basics like a fridge. It’s a nice place overall but it’s not a good value. The front desk is usually not staffed.

Super comfortable room. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Cozy and lovely atmosphere. Right in the middle of town - an easy walk to historic Jackson. We needed a bit of service to get fireplace working but overall responsive. We would return.

Comfortable and clean home feel, great location, clean, tea and fruit available all day, great breakfast during a three hour timeframe. Parking was NOT a problem. We also appreciated the gas "woodburning" like stove in the room. Bedding was excellent.
