              The Broadmoor

              Colorado Springs, Colorado

              About your stay

              By Debra Bokur, Jetsetter Correspondent

The blue and gold ceiling murals and grand arches of the Broadmoor’s porte cochere tell the story of the property's interiors. The elegance of the sprawling resort is played out in Italian Renaissance architecture, Della Robbia–style tilework, a carved marble fountain and arcing marble staircases. To the west, dazzling views of towering Rocky Mountain peaks impart a sense of spectacle that’s played out in the grand proportions of the resort’s pink stucco facade.
